McDonald's — Restaurant in Aberdeen Township

Today I was at McDonald’s and ordered a very simple order. - one cheeseburger, 1 McChicken, a small fry and a medium coke. I pulled up and paid, then went to the next window. They handed me a bag of food and then tried handing me a drink that was blue, so it clearly was not a coke. I told the lady that I don’t think this is my order and she kept looking at her screen, as I’m handing her back the bag. She asked me what I ordered, probably 6 times and then asked me if I paid for it… obviously I did that’s why I’m at your window. Next she asked me for a receipt, and I handed it to her. She states you paid for someone else’s order. My fault here, but I didn’t even ask if I paid more than what I actually ordered. I was asked another 2 times what I ordered and was asked to pull forward. My total time at McDonalds was 20-25 minutes. A guy brought out my food and I asked about my medium coke. He was looking into my car and said “you didn’t get it?”. No, if I got it I wouldn’t be asking. He said he would go get it. He went back and side and I was waiting for about 10 minutes when the girl who gave me the food came out to give another person their food. She had a weird look on her face when she saw me still there. She came up and said “what do you need now” 😮. I said I’m waiting for my coke and the guy said he was getting it and didn’t come back. She mumbled something and went back inside. 5 or so minutes later the guy comes out with two cokes. He handed them to me and I said I only ordered one to which he replied I know I gave you two because of the mess. He then asked if I was in a rush and I told him yes I needed to get back for my kids. He asked if I could wait a second because he forgot a straw and walked to ask his manager if I could get a coupon for all the trouble. He came back with the straw and said my manager said I can’t give you a coupon, said he was sorry and left. Number one, I have never left a review because I’m just not like that. Number 2 this was entirely McDonald’s fault. I got the wrong order and paid for someone else food, plus waited 25 minutes or more! I honestly don’t care about a coupon but that fact that a worker asked because he knew how long I was waiting and you say NO? I should have got everything for free. I’m disappointed, because I have never had an issue at this McDonald’s....

I never write reviews but after what me and my family witnessed while eating our food, I feel the need to. We had ordered our food and were eating it, everything was going just fine. Then one of the workers brothers brought in worms. The manager saw, and said he can’t bring that in here but he didn’t leave or move. He stayed there with his worms on the counter. The manager just turned around and asked one of the employees why her brother brought worms in here. The sister walked over and told him to throw it away and he couldn’t do that. Still sat there with the worms on the counter. That’s unsanitary itself, but then I saw him show a worker his worms. She picked them up and then set it back down, turned around and touched food without washing her hands. Then another worker set two bags of food beside the worms on the counter, that she was going to bring out to a customer. The boy with the worms grabs one of these bags of food, that was not for him and he hadn’t washed his hands either. She then takes that food and brings it out to the customer. That’s just very unsanitary and I don’t understand why it’s ok to bring worms or any bugs or live animals into the food place, let the workers touch it and then touch food without washing...

Food is not that good anymore. prices are way out of line. The prices seem too increase weekly (I said it seems too)🤑. It's insane. They have to be losing business.i have 1 close to me, and they close at nights, and I don't see them as busy anymore. Just not a fan anymore. You may like the taste of the food, but it also has suffered over the years, imo. Everything seems to taste the same. The automated ordering system seems designed to keep you there as to not go elsewhere, by getting that order in ASAP. And not by giving good food and quick service. At times walked in to messy buildings. The workers are very nice, for the most part. One manager was running around barking orders, even to the ones taking orders, I thought they were doing fine and...
