We spent $33 on food I only spot checked which I'll admit I should have check more i usually do but what with all that is going on but got all the way home 15 min away realized they didnt put my sons or my husband's burger in the bag and had to drive back -tried calling but no one picks up. A million napkins and in 1 of the 4 bags that were given with just fries no receipt but paid by credit card and we go back and when we tried to explain what happened they cut us off and acted like I was trying to get free food. Unreal. I pretty much was told to calm down.im sorry dont accuse me of something like that when we are telling you about your mistake.Would not recommend this Wendy's. Every burger I've ever gotten from this particular Wendy's is always overcooked and taste like a hockey puck. They literally taste like they make the burgers ahead of time and then nuke it to make it feel warm, so you think it's "fresh". Also don't ever customize anything there because the employees can't comprehend simple requests like no lettcue and no tomato. I used to come here instead of the other fast food establishment down the street because I thought that one was atrocious but food quality/service here has gone way down over the past year. 3 weeks ago, waited in line in the drive thru for 30 mins with a very apologetic manager on the speaker going “I’m doing the best I can, we are extremely short staffed”. Few days ago I went and I don’t know what happened but my order was completely wrong and the food was cold. Over the summer, the place was overflowing with people inside and out, I have no problem waiting but the place was horribly mismanaged, actually with no manager in sight that day. There has to be an internal problem with the franchisee here if it is even franchised.
