KFC — Restaurant in Aberdeen

Just Want ALL my Chicken. Usually have No Problems. I swear they can't count lately! Dec.Ordered a 3pc and a 4pc. Mash and a biscuit in each. Get home? Two 3pc? Broke my own rule. You still owe me a dollar. I will count every price in the window from now on... LAST TIME, Nov. we order a 16pc. dark meal. We hear, "hold that thought." Expecting to hear they don't have that much dark available, but we did not. Get home- All of EIGHT (8) pieces of chicken? All the sides are there. So we call. On hold forever. Call back. Get told we hung up? No, I don't think so. Not after paying almost $50 and getting half my chicken? I like KFC. But this is ridiculous. Why they have to have cameras watching how much is put into a bucket? How about sending the right bucket out the window? No way you got MY 16pcs into this regular size bucket. Regular teaspoon for scale. Bad apples ruin everything I guess. I sent my kids to get it. They don't look in the bag. Thank you for making it right Jenny. I went to this restaurant in Aberdeen last night spent 42$ after I worked all day and drove from Asheboro where I work I order a 12 piece of original chicken all legs and thighs to get to my house in pine bluff to find a bucket of mixed chicken as well as original recipe and extra crispy mixed I then called and talked to the manager was told to bring my receipt and shed replace it the the next day needless to say it was a long day all together so this was the icing on the cake so I just went to bed.After I got off work the next day I drove once again to the KFC with my recipe she actually wanted the food back, the manager, and was beyond rude! I understand there are some evil people in the world that con people but I wasted 42$ of my hard earned money and not only didn't get what I payed for but got talked to rudley like I was a child like I was going to go all the way home and get that chicken well at least my dog ate good... our service industry is just...
