I was there to eat dinner with the family, We were greeted upon our entrance by the waitress and were seated. Chips and salsa came out and they are just normal typical restaurant chips and salsa nothing that I haven't tasted before. Waitress ask for our order and drinks, she was very nice and knew the menu very well. I order the Steak a la Mexicana and was ask if I wanted flour or corn tortillas and I went with the corn tortillas and to my surprise she said they were hand-made!!!! Now this is rare to find in a mexican restaurant now a days so just the fact that they offer hand made tortillas was a big plus for me. Food came out and wow is all I can say. Delicious and the flavor was perfect, you can tell they take pride on seasoning the food to the most authentic mexican way. The hand-made corn tortillas were very soft and warm so I knew they were hand-made and not pre packaged ones. I was raised in Southern California and both parents are from Mexico. I'm new to the area and so happy I stumbled across this place. I'm a CA native and was just talking about how much I miss authentic Mexican food. Overall I feel like the East coast has more Tex-Mex than Mexican available. I had a simple order, taco and a quesadilla, but they used Mexican cheese and the quesadilla was nice and toasty. The chicken was fine, shredded. The SALSA was incredible. I really like spicy food, and I asked for extra red salsa as it's usually the hottest. I only got one green salsa but I will be back soon for more. Instead of the normal watery tomatillo salsa you get with green salsa it seemed thicker, avocado and tomatillo based, and was definitely had something hotter than jalepeno in it. I ordered my husband a California steak burrito that he thoroughly enjoyed, we both liked the rice and beans too. I love it here! I always have! I get the New Mexican dish almost everyime and it's absolutely delicious!

I always forget to take a picture. When it arrives to the table, all I want to do is eat...lol! The smell, and the taste is awesome! It's always hot and cooked to perfection. The servers are always on top of everything. My glass is never empty and if I need anything, they make sure I get it! I love this place! Also, if you don't know what you want to eat, they always give good choices. One time I didn't want my usual and the server suggested Pollo con Crema, which is a second favorite of mine! The chicken, the cheese and the rice...YUMMY 🤤🤤🤤 The cheese is so creamy and the way it bonds to the rice and heaven to my taste buds!
