Absolutely satisfied customers!!! Charles was very welcoming, friendly, and has been in the furniture game for a long time so he had a solid answer to any questions we had. He took the time to drill down into the exact couches we were looking for. Compared to the many other furniture stores we went to, this was a breath of fresh air.

Most appreciated was his insistence that we take home the coordinating throw pillows to each of the two couches we were considering to help us better see which of the colors and patterns would mesh best with the rest of our living room. Without that, we probably would still be looking for a set.

Recently, I visited five local furniture stores in search of a new bed. I went to Lavish last, and ended up purchasing a new bed here. I came in and explained to Ken what I was looking for, and he (out of his mattress wisdom) showed me a variety of options. He pointed me towards the best mattresses, and gave me a few options for pricing. The other furniture stores did a lot of obvious upselling and pointed me to beds I didnt want or need, which Ken did not do. The delivery process was easy and everything was set up for me.
