If I could give this chipotle, zero stars I would. Simply based off of customer service. I have been coming to this chipotle for a while now, ordering my food off of DoorDash and picking it up through the drive-through. Today I had an interesting and different experience. When picking up my DoorDash order through the drive-through, I was told I was unable to get my order through the drive-through and had to come inside. I politely asked the lady if I could just get it at the drive-through and was told no. mind you, I am freshly postpartum from an emergency C-section and had a newborn in the car, which makes it very difficult for me to get out of the car and go inside with my newborn. I made the drive-through employee named Allison that I had a new born in the car and was still denied and told to come inside. When I went inside to grab my order, it was sitting on the shelf, no employee was there to check my name nothing. I don’t understand the purpose of me going inside, I was told they would get in trouble if they handed me my order through the drive-through, but then left my order on a shelf for anyone to grab. I’m deeply saddened with the customer service I experienced today. If It’s a factual rule for your employees to not give orders through the drive-through, if ordering through DoorDash, it should be fixed. There is no reason that I should have to go inside to pick up my order just because I ordered it through DoorDash. Read moreThe WORST experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant EVER. I am a huge chipotle fan and was super excited to have a new chipotle near my house, but after this experience it’s safe to say I will never be going back. I also highly encourage people to pick a different place to eat. First, my order was set for 8pm. After waiting in the outdoor order line for 15 minutes, I backed out and went inside (after the car behind me backed out as well). I got my food about 5 minutes later, after going inside. Then I get in my car and notice my bowl feels incredibly light. I got a veggie bowl that was missing lettuce, fresh tomato salsa, corn, sour cream and guacamole. I then went inside and waited in line to have this error fixed. When I got up, they took my bowl and took it back to the to-go area. The worker then immediately frustrated started yelling at me about what needed to be fixed. I told her that it was missing half of the items in the bowl, as it only had rice and beans in it. She then threw it away and yelled that I should know better because she can’t fix a bowl that’s been touched. A fellow customer felt bad and tried to defend me because I was not being rude, I just wanted my food. A fellow worker came and apologized to me and I waited for her to make my bowl. When I got the new bowl it was the most pathetic bowl I have ever received from chipotle. It was half way full and obvious the worker did that on purpose. I got there kinda early about 5 minutes and the associate clearly already had an attitude, when she couldn’t greet me properly, “what’s the name” she asked. I told her “it’s for Kenn”. She side eyed and said “umm could it be under your name” now again, just for reference, this is my first time at this location. Also, I definitely don’t know this young lady. So before I could even respond she says, “I have a Kamila”? I told her, it’s for Kenn, again. I was baffled. She came back to the window with my order (and I decided to inform her that she’s at work .) My words exactly were, “next time don’t be so quick to judge ppl by how they look, you thought my name was Kamila bc of my race,”. She looked back at me like a deer caught in bright lights, confused. I’m sick of these employers giving out jobs to the local college students who don’t have any experience whatsoever. They’re just trying to make some extra cash but not give customer service.
