The worst experience I've ever had at B dubs... The service was next to none. And after our order reached the table after approx 50 min, which wasnt an issue, because it was a little busy. (50 min???) The order was sent out incorrectly, and we politely asked for a remake on the incorrect order (traditional wings). Now this is where things go wrong. Five minutes later the same order of wings was sent back to my table with the incorrect flavor label removed, and the same wings they sent out the first time, slightly covered in the correct sauce. Now I just so happen to be a kitchen manager, I tasted the fraudulent wings instantly. Just as well they were served in the very same save-a-day they sent out the first time(basket). Now while feeling a tad bit frustrated due to hunger, I couldn't help but chuckle to myself and yet again, politely requested them to be remade. Sat for another 30 min, before noticing the waitress, and im assuming either the kitchen manager, or the expo guy, point out our table specifically. Which is when, i assume, she asked for our order, which had still not been made. And hour and a half later (total time from when initial order was placed) I had still not received the correct order. At this time we ask for our check and to remove the item. The manager did not come to check on us, but was required to take the item off the check. Now this review is not to deter customers. One bad night does not make a bad business. But rather, aimed at management, in which I hope will provide the staff with proper pointers and customer service protocol. We left the restaurant severely dissapointed (and me hungry) even after spending a decent amount of money, without so much as an apology, or even a good night. ย ย ย Read moreWhat a disappointment. We came to town a few days ago and we generally are big fans of b-dubs. This location, however, is not one we plan to visit again. We always give a new place 2 chances and the first time we sat at the bar, they were quick with the first beer but then didn't come back for 45 minutes to take our appetizer order and it was worse from there on out in terms of speed of service. Assuming the bartender was just busy that night, we decided to go back. This time the server was pleasant at the start and our food came out really quickly but we waited with empty drinks for nearly 30 minutes two times and the other times it was about 10 minutes in between. Having been both a bartender and server in the past I'm generally very forgiving and it was busy the first night (nba finals game 4) but the second time it was not busy. That night the USA and Mexico were playing soccer and the Stanley Cup was happening, though the hockey game was only on 1 TV and soccer was on many, the others were playing silent versions of old games or highlights from classic games, even on the large projection TVs. I saw people waiting for tables when half the restaurant was empty, heard another table upset because their meal arrived well before their appetizer, heard another couple walk out saying "don't let bad service ruin your night" and they were out of several tap beers. After spending $130 on our check that night, it's hard to think of a reason to come back when the local (non-chain) places have food that is equally good, and although they have less TVs they are at least tuned to current sports and we haven't yet anywhere else had to wait like we have had to both times at this location. I appreciated the smiling faces of staff members but a smiling face doesn't mean much when it's clear nobody there actually cares...

I am a cook. I have been cooking for a living for years. I am GENUINELY impressed by the sweet time the kitchen took to get our appetizer out. Like... is there a black hole in the walk-in? Are they conducting stock market analyses in the dish pit? Perhaps medical breakthroughs in various fields are occurring in the mopping station? I don't know. What I DO know, is that it never takes half an hour to get ONE appetizer out... especially when there are only two other tables, and maybe a couple individuals at the bar, in the whole restaurant... and they ALREADY had their food.
We ordered our actual meal to go. We figured we'd eat cold food anyways, right? May as well eat it at home. I just... am at a loss. Our poor sweet server, it almost seemed like she didn't want to check on us because of how long the kitchen was taking and it just gets embarrassing after a while of saying "just a few more minutes, guys!" She did a great job, honestly, I really felt her frustration as a server when the kitchen won't produce food for her guests. Kudos to her.
I shudder to think of this BWW on a Saturday, or during a sports event, if this is how a completely dead monday afternoon is for them.
