We have been going to this Dunkin for years, and usually the service is fine. However, today was a different story. We purchased two cold brews, but both of our drinks were noticeably watered down. We could see something was wrong with them, and tasting them confirmed the problem. We went to the cashier and expressed our concern that either this was not a cold brew, or there was something wrong with the cold brew. The young man behind the counter was immediately dismissive of our concerns, emphatically stating that he made the cold brew and there was nothing wrong with it. We pushed back, showing him how light in color it was and how watery it tasted. He insisted I was wrong and walked away from the counter. No offer to pour a new cup or even check the batch to make sure it was fine. These cold brews were undrinkable, so we went to the Dunkin on Easton in Glenside and got another order of cold brews. On the left is the properly made black cold brew from the Dunkin in Glenside; on the right is the terrible cold brew from the Dunkin in Roslyn.
Food orders get messed up; it happens! All this young man had to do is politely acknowledge our concern, as we were obviously right that there is something wrong with their batch of cold brew. Instead, he was so rude he lost his employer two customers who regularly purchased our coffee from them. We will be going to any other Dunkin in the area...
Read moreIf you’re ordering on the app, beware with this location. They most likely won’t have it in stock and will not offer any substitutions (with in the same price that you paid for) or a refund. I ordered 2 large drinks on the Dunkin app $10 dollars worth, I walked in and did not see my order. I asked one of the associates if my order had gone through. A woman who was not the manager grabbed my slip and said “we don’t have large cups, you can get mediums today” so I asked her “will you be able to adjust the price then because I paid for large” she said “no, you can get mediums, come back tomorrow or we can cancel” so I asked if I would be refunded for the cancel and she said “no”. So they basically kept my $10 instead of offering me anything for their mistake. It’s called customer service. If I paid ahead of time for a product (that they have the ability to adjust on their menu that they don’t have available) they should have tried to make this right instead of telling me you get this or nothing (offer a donut or two to sub let the cost it’s really not that hard) . The woman was horrible and rude from the start. I called their corporate office to demand my refund and I gave them her name so hopefully she will be educated on how to customer...
Read moreThis location taught me that even though the name is the same, no 2 DDs are exactly alike. I have found my local coffee shop. The coffee just tastes better at this location than other DDs. The coffee tastes like it’s originally intended. I think a lot of this is owed to the morning manager. She cleans! I don’t see that happening during slow periods at any other dunkin donuts. I’m pretty sure this particular location is clean through and through. The quality resembles that. Other workers are motivated to do the same. I’ve never seen this level dedication at another franchise. The morale of the staff is also very high. I always enjoy coming in and seeing familiar faces. I noticed the store is always properly staffed to handle the amount of customers coming in.
