I do not recommend Luigi's anymore. This July 3rd afternoon we spent $28 for a STUFFED meatlovers pizza and they made us a glorified two sided thin crust pizza with a minimal amount of toppings scattered inside. It's like the owner told them to cut down on the toppings they use in order to cut cost due to the pandemic. And I understand that the pandemic has hit restaurants hard, so Luigi's raised their prices. However, you shouldn't cut down on the quality of your food too. And take advantage of the customers who paid their hard earned money for a good service. You used to actually make a decent stuffed pizza that was STUFFED with toppings and NOT thin. Maybe whichever one of your cooks who made our glorified thin crust meatlovers pizza on July 3rd should order a Stuffed meatlovers pizza from Pizza Box in Glenside so they know what a stuffed pizza is suppose to look like. At least with Pizza Box, their stuffed pizza is high quality with cheese both on top and inside and it is actually stuffed with toppings. In short, if you want a high quality pizza in Glenside go to Pizza Box. You always get what you paid for and they "Don't Cut Corners".

the service is so nice and friendly, but I'm frustrated cos every time we order we ask for very light cheese and they say it right back to us, so i know they understood and know what i mean, but every time we go pick up it's like extra cheesey. i know most Americans want too much cheese, but pizza shouldnt be mostly cheese, it's just a shame and ruins the overall quality of the food. we've even called and asked them to correct it and the second time it was even worse. like just put less cheese, save yourself the money on the cheese, it's such a simple request that makes your job easier, plus we spend more for less, it's one simple request.

Holy cow. Don’t know how I’ve lived in this area for almost 3 years before hearing of/ trying this place?!? Was craving pasta and this was highest rated for around here on Grubhub. I can see it’s for good reason!! The menu is so huge we went with your basic chicken fettuccini Alfredo and vodka penne but it’s ANYTHING but basic. Absolutely delicious. Ideal comfort food. Probably for the best that I didn’t discover this place sooner because I’d be ordering food multiple times a week

Ordered delivery that was expected to be ready in 15 minutes. Upon arrival (45 minutes later), a woman called to verify the address and a few minutes later a man appeared with a small box holding my order and practically shoved it at me. I had specified in the special instructions that I had an allergy as well as a request for utensils, a substitute dipping sauce and to remove an ingredient in the salad. I knew they had not read the special instructions initially because there were no utensils. I then proceeded to check the rest of the food and discovered the dipping sauce had not been substituted, nor was the salad made correctly. After spending $30 on ziti with sausage and buffalo tenders and fries I attempted to call the delivery driver back to no avail. I call the restaurant and tell them whats going on and what I need to rectify the situation. They go over the order and reread the entire order in addition to the special instructions which had been missed the first time. The driver came back to deliver the items and aggressively honked his car horn to let me know he was there but couldn't be bothered to get out of the car to hand me the items they missed nor offer an apology for the mistake/confusion.

The food lacked flavor and was not worth the money or effort to get the order right. The staff does not seem to have a good sense of customer service values. I would not spend money on food and delivery from here...

I never wrote reviews but wrote the glowing review below recently. I ordered the same thing tonight and feel I have to retract the below. Tonight I received what looks like a foil bowl of thin brothy soup. It has literally one tomato chunk and not a single slice of garlic. This is not even sauce at all. After driving in the rain to get it and arriving to find three customers with NO masks on, and three staff members with masks under their chins and one scratching nose out at register I’m wondering if we should eat there again. I couldn’t be more disappointed since this was one of the businesses we hoped to help support during this time. Feeling now that they are not even trying to meet required safety standards for staff or customers.

I ordered the appetizer of mussels in red sauce with a side of garlic knots... They were amazing!!! The mussels were average size but the sauce was incredible. Big slices of garlic and tomatoes with that rich acidic tomato flavor you hope for. I tore up the garlic knots to drink up every bit of the sauce! I will be craving it until I order again sometime soon. Compliments...
