First time here July 3rd 2023 about 6:45 pm and wow this place is throwing down (busy) ! There is a line going just outside the door and we overhear that everyone was waiting for their pick up order. Fantastic, we squeezed by and grabbed a seat at an empty table just as a family was getting their order brought to the table. We sat there for a while (15 minutes or so) then I got curious and asked this family if they ordered from the table. They said you need to order from the counter and then they bring it out. Ouch! Unfortunately you really can't see the ORDER HERE sign that is posted about waist high at the counter with the register when there are a lot of people standing in front of it. Now there are even more people in line than when we got there. We (for a minute) think screw it let's go somewhere else. We decided to stick it out and were certainly glad we did. Our salad in which we got a large and split was plenty and really well put together came in no time at all. The pizza following shortly after was very tasty. Wow was this place busy and putting the pies out on a grand scale. Glad we stuck it out and would certainly be back or recommend it. Great job !

My husband and I were visiting from Holland for the weekend for my birthday. After a big lunch, I wanted a quiet dinner in our hotel room and That’sa Pizza had an ad, with their menu, on the nightstand so we decided to try it out and my GOD, I will order here every single time we come to Traverse City. My husband and I love seeking out unique pizza combinations and for me, the Idaho (potato pizza) was incredible. The garlic crust was incredibly garlicky (I am a huge garlic lover and you MUST BE for this crust!) which I loved, as well as crispy, and the mashed potatoes were soft and overall the pizza was flavorful. I will be dreaming of the Idaho pizza until we can make it back to Traverse City. Thank you for a great birthday dinner, That’sa Pizza!

I ordered pizza to my hotel room and was pretty happy with it. As far as I can tell you cant order online so I called them. The girl on the phone was friendly, didn't put me on hold, and the ordering process was easy. It was a weekend night, and this whole area is short on help, so I wasn't surprised that she said my delivery would take 1.5 hours. My pizza arrived in just under 1.5 hours. The driver was friendly, had plates and napkins for me which was nice. I ordered a 14" half Pepperoni / half sausage. The Pepperoni was was great, I personally don't enjoy the fine crumble style sausage which is what this pizza had, but it wasn't bad. I enjoyed my dinner and would order from Thatsa Pizza again

TL;DR Barely mediocre food, poor service, poor cleanliness.

Full review: I thought I had remembered hearing good things about That'sa Pizza, but either I remembered incorrectly or things have changed. I stopped in for a quick lunch with a friend. For lunch they sell pizza by the slice (only mushroom and pepperoni, I believe). The pizza was pretty bland. I don't know how else to put it...but bland describes it pretty well. I also ordered some bread sticks. Interestingly enough, even though they sell pizza by the slice for lunch, they do not offer a smaller order of bread sticks. Pizza and bread sticks is a common combo, so it seems reasonable that they would have a smaller bread sticks portion to go along with their smaller pizza portion (their lunchtime slices). This would be simple, too, since it is just a bit of dough that baked and sliced into sticks...just use a smaller portion of dough. No such luck. I bought the bread sticks anyhow and I ended up regretting it. They weren't terrible, but they did have a cardboard flavor to them. This is a huge pet peeve of mine. Plenty of pizza companies find ways to prevent their food from tasting like the box they are served in. It is unacceptable that this company seems to not be able to. Beyond their food, the service was mediocre, too. The girl behind the counter was not very personable, yet she still has a tip jar out so that you may pay her a gratuity for...well, I am not sure yet. It definitely wasn't for her tidying skills, because the booth behind us was dirty (plates, used napkins, half eaten food) the entire time we were there. She didn't come into the dining area a single time to check to make sure it was clean. I didn't catch her name. Blonde, young, a slightly heavier build, tattoo on her arm or wrist. The place was not busy, so there is no excuse for her to not check the dining room even once in 45 minutes. If a restaurant will not keep the publicly viewable areas of its establishment clean, then it is easy to assume what the not-publicly-viewable kitchen looks like. That'sa Pizza needs to address...

Have had their pizza many times before, tried to order today an hour before they closed and they wouldn’t deliver. Lost our business. If you’re a mostly delivery based business, maybe if you want to stay in business you should actually deliver your food!!!! Stupid way to run a business. Edit per their response: apparently even though they basically admitted they refused to deliver during business hours, they are backhandedly calling me a liar. Not a good way to earn business: by insulting your customers online because they called you out for something true. And yes to their response I don’t nearly often enough leave “good” reviews. Who does??!! Statistics say that someone who’s happy with something might tell 1 person, someone who’s unhappy on average will tell something like 14 people. With the internet today those numbers are multiplied thousands of times over due to sites like google. So instead of apologizing and trying to make it right, the owner would rather waste time responding to reviews when he or she could have got off the internet and delivered my pizza. I’m certain then they wouldn’t have received my 1 star review because despite the horrible customer service and business practices they have really good pizza. Not good enough to get my business back after...
