In 2 words cleanliness and seating.

In the years I have been coming here the bathrooms never feel clean. I posted a picture of a broke. Light switch that has been broke for months seems to fit the untidy bathroom.

This location is not as trendy as others but I still my time here. If I can get a seat. There are 4 comfy seats and that's it. The rest are as comfortable as church pews which brings me to my next point.

Depending on when you get here prepare for the Mecca of Bible group discussion. Almost every time I come hear people loudly discuss their faith and personal bible opinions. Nothing wrong with that but really any overly loud discussion can get obnoxious and when the chatter is constant you have to put on your headphones. In the mood for Bible debate? Come here.

The service is always exceptional. I noticed in other comments certain people mentioned by name and they are right. Service is spot on and people are friendly.

Drive through is back behind the building near the electrical panels and comes up along the side. Beware the rush hour lines of you come in...

I ordered online ahead of time and even got there late and my order still wasn't ready. Not a huge deal, but then when I got my 2 drinks they were both wrong. One I didn't even ask to have remade just to save time. The other I did need remade. The girl remade it and as I watched her she was making my drink wrong again while munching on some snack she had simultaneously. I was shocked! I told her she was still making a mistake and so for a 3rd try she made my drink. Meanwhile grumbling and having an attitude. I was really surprised. I can spend my money somewhere else besides Starbucks if they cant keep consistent quality of product and employees. Someone is not managing this place properly. I never even saw one on duty.
