On Saturday morning I was heading on a solo trip to TN. I stopped to grab a quick breakfast. I was the only person in the drive thru, and there was one person in the lobby. I placed my order for a croissant and hashbrowns. I was asked to pull around to the Mobile spot. I then asked for ketchup, the young lady said that she’d put them in my bag. I waited for 14 minutes, the young comes to my window and asked what did I order. She hands me one of several bags that she has in her hands. By this time there were about 4 cars that she’s also pulled up. I got my order and noticed no ketchup. I shrug it off and continue on my drive. I reach in my bag to get a hashbrown and just based on texture I’m turned off. Against my better judgement I tasted one and was disgusted. The restaurant was dirty, the service was unprofessional, and the food quality was unacceptable. I waited over 20 minutes for an order that should have taken five, only to receive a lukewarm burger that looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The fries were soggy, the drink machine was half empty, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. When I politely mentioned the issue with my order, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. If Burger King wants to keep customers, they need to take a serious look at management, training, and quality control. Read moreMy husband and I eat breakfast here on Sundays because it’s on our way to church and I like their breakfast croissants. This Sunday I ordered the same thing I do every Sunday for us for breakfast. They rang it up on the screen at the drive thru menu but when we got to the window they only gave us one meal. The lady at the window tried to tell me that they only rang up one meal but she gave us two drinks which doesn’t make any sense to have two drinks but only one meal. She was going to charge us for the meal again but the manager told her to just give it to us. Which was nice since I’d already paid for it once. There also was barely any bacon on my breakfast croissant so from now on if we continue to eat there I’ll have to ask for extra bacon so I’m not just eating a cheese croissant.
