Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Adairsville

Went through got two kids meals and then a footlong chili cheese Hot dog meal and chicken nugget meal. They all came with a drink one of the kids meals I made a grape slushie and then a juice and 2 Sprites. So my card had never worked at the stalls there. Ok I wait 10 min and they come out and tell me it'll be 10 min on the chili if I want something else? I said that would be fine. Then she came out with the rest of the food and 3 slushies I didn't order. I told her when she gave me the 1st one I got a grape slushy and 2 sprites and an apple juice. She was like no take them and proceeded to give me 3 mango slushes I didn't order? Then she comes right back out with the hot dog barely any chili and not fully cooked. And 1 sprite. Never got the other sprite and juice. It was weird and I didn't think ppl could be that slow but I guess I was wrong. I wouldn't eat here,I don't trust it. It was so weird her insisting I take 3 drinks that aren't mine and then comes out with the food after saying it would be 10 more min and the reason(the hot dog) not being done and like no chili. It was like I was on another planet they got the order so wrong and couldn't even get the payment to go through on 3 diff stalls? Worst sonic experience ever had. Someone up there can't read or see pictures either bc I had to tell them 3 times I'd like large tots not large fries after she kept ringing up the wrong thing when I...

This is my 3rd visit and possibly my last. There were 4 other cars in stalls and maybe 2 in the drive through at about 8:45. I pushed the button and waited over 10 minutes, so long that the button reset and was as if I never pushed it. At this point I’m frustrated and push the button 6 or 7 times and immediately get someone asking to take my order. I place my order and it takes forever but at this point I’ve already paid so all I can do is wait. I set my stopwatch a few minutes after arrival, by the time my order arrived we were at 42 minutes ( for 3 burgers and 4 fries). Burgers weren’t bad just not super hot, some fries were ok some were overdone. I also stopped by Monday about 3pm I pushed the buttons waited for around 10 minutes before I just pulled out and left. I just can’t see how it could take that long to serve that few customers or take more than 10 minutes to even take an order. I really hope they get it together but at this point I’m not...

Ordered ahead on the app... Checked in, 5 minutes later the board said our order was on its way out... 15 minutes later, pushed that dumb red button, the girl said "oh, we just got your order"... I said "really??? Because our drinks have been on the tray in front of you for 15 minutes and the board said you were bringing it out 15 minutes ago..." She then proceeds to send out just the drinks and when I ask where the rest of the order is, the other girl that brought the drinks just started at me like I was speaking gibberish and just walks off back into the restaurant and comes out another 5 minutes later with the 2 chicken sliders... Almost 30 minutes for cold sandwiches and watered down drinks... I am not even going to go into the other 3 times we gave them a chance... I really had high hopes for this place, but they have just lost yet another customer... I'll go...
