Wendy's — Restaurant in Adairsville

The food was okay, but the service and cleanliness was awful. My husband placed an order for him and the kids while I was talking care of a bathroom run with a child. In the bathroom, the soap was pretty much empty and there was water and tp on the floor. After getting out, I went to place my order. I had to wait at least 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. My husband waited for at least another 5 min for his original order (a salad and 2 kids meals) after I placed my order. They were out of strawberries and apples as side options for the kids meals. They were also out of several salad varieties and coffee. No apologies were offered. While waiting, we witnessed the lid to the frosty machine being dropped on the floor and placed back on without being washed and the manager being upset because she needed to help chop tomatoes during a rush. There was also profanity being used. Midway through the meal, the manager seemed to be out taking a break despite several things needing attention. When we went to throw our food away, one of the trash bin areas had not been restocked with a trashcan nor had it been blocked off, so milk was oozing out onto the floor from the unbagged trash. The bin next to it appeared to have a trashcan, but it was overfilled. On the second visit to the bathroom, we noticed that the ceiling was leaking around a light fixture and there was no soap... This is the worst Wendy's we have been to. I do not...

Wish I could give this no stars. So we stopped for a quick bite at 7:30 pm on 12/21 and after ordering it took 30 minutes for us to receive part of our meal. One wrong burger that when asked for a new one to be remade, the missing items were just slapped on top with a new wrapper on it. Other items were cold and poorly made. To an extent a long wait time is understandable but when the dining room is empty with no line and there was not a long line at the drive thru lane. We had placed a second order at 7:32 for two Frostys and a fry. The Frostys were delivered dead last after 8:05 after we had finished eating and after MULTIPLE questions on where they were. Our request for a refund was denied and overall the experience here was less than desirable. Instead of a refund we received two melted cups of froth that were the consistency of water with no lids. If the machine was down or not ready, it would have been nice to know before waiting for half an hour. From the looks of it, we weren’t the only patrons that waited extremely long times to have incorrect orders. Maybe check your order if you decide to eat here. It’s probably wrong and you’re probably never gonna get...

Went to the Wendy's in Adairsville Ga tonite. Went in to place a to go order so it would be correct and had to wait 10 minutes to get order- while watching the crew in back acting silly and not paying attention to what they were doing when preparing food for customers. The kitchen was filthy and staff unconcerned about what was going on. Cashier more worried about a "coordinator " there to hand out food instead of just working hard to get customers' orders out and correct. And to top it all off-- I didn't even get a receipt with numbers and date on it so I could contact Wendy's customer service survey!! And of course - my order was all wrong, fries hard and cold, and I paid almost 20$ for it.. really disappointed and a lot aggravated....... I did call the store and the so called manager was unconcerned and told me to "have a nice afternoon ". If you want your order right and better customer service-- it's worth the extra 10 minutes to drive to the Calhoun store. I would give less than the 1 star rating if it were possible, guys.maybe the person who got my order tonite enjoyed it-- sad thing- their order was...
