Dunkin' — Restaurant in Addison Township

Well, where do I start?

First off, this location charges way more than any other location near by. In Chicago it’s cheaper by a couple dollars. Yes, i understand that some stores are franchise owned or whatever and can charge a bit more but in Chicago for example:

A medium Sabrina espresso costs $5.96 total. (My store) At this location it came out to $7.98. Are they insane? $2 more.

Not to mention they never get it right. I always ask for less ice and they seem to always give me more ice. I had to go inside a couple of times to make it again with less ice.

Oh and the attitude they give you when you do. If I’m paying more I better get what I ask for.

To anyone nearby I suggest you go to another Dunkin because they are greedy at this...

Order has always been wrong. Twice I ordered drinks for my team at work, one guy doesn't like coffee, but he loves Chai tea lattes. Both times he got black coffee, the first time with cinnamon added to the coffee and the 2nd time it was a black coffee with a bunch of vanilla in it. No froth on top, and was coffee. I wasted my own money trying to do something nice for my team member. They've also shorted me on food I've ordered. I'll order like 4 or 5 food items, and at most will get 3. This location will steal your money and then be rude when you tell them they made a mistake or forgot items. There's a starbucks like 2 blocks away, and they've been amazing. Don't waste your time...

This used to be my favorite location. But now if I could give it zero Stars I would for the past month there must be a new employee working on the 5:00 a.m. shift and it's just horrible at making drinks. For the past month about four times a week I've gotten everything but what I've asked for. How hard is it to have three pumps of French vanilla or caramel swirl into drinks along with the right ratio of coffee it seems like my drinks all of a sudden get drowned with creamer or milk and barely any coffee or espresso. Then I receive regular iced coffee when I ask for macchiatos. About $50 in the trash. I will have to look for any location even if I have to detour on my...
