Local Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Addison Township

Ventured out West to grab a little Sunday grub and came across this place which was soo good I'm going back when it's not raining like it was! Ambience was great, parking was more than enough, service is very fast, drinks are GOOD!! food was excellent. Ordered a little of everything to try it out. I had the Greek chicken for my main meal and as much and as good as everything else was, this was my least favorite. The plate itself was good( presentaion is everything). The lemon butter sauce it is laid on was very tasty itself. But only drawback was that the chicken tasted more like baked chicken so it was a little to dried for my liking, if they had used more Greek seasoning, it would've made the cut! The chicken was placed on top of grilled Asparagus, and that was grilled to perfection, crunchy and just the right amount of seasoning,salt. Very generous portion of the aspagus , Greek potatoes ( excellent) but!, the chicken needed more time broiling, not baked( it dried it out) & some Greek seasoning. My friend ordered the salmon , and that had to be the best salmon I tried in a long time...portion flavor, cooked perfect! Drinks were very very good! You definately get your moneys worth... had Tequila Mule, and Old Fasions. The wings were great! Hot garlic and bbq sauce were my favs! Salad was great & the toasted ravioli were really great...

Update Sept 21, 2022: another order where the kitchen of this restaurant cant follow instructions clearly written on the receipt! You ask for food with sauce on the side and they still mix the sauce and they hive you the wrong sauce.

Previous review: This place used to be amazing when they remodeled and renamed it. Used to have amazing wings, as they called them "award winning". Over a year ago, the food quality that kitchen produces is unreliable and inconsistent. Can't even followed simple instructions either told to a server or written on the "instruction" box for the food item via grubhub. The wings arent the same anymore, especially if you ordered them to go. Either they come out with uneven coating of sauce, barely any sauce, they forget requested veggies and dips, and mix hot wings and mild on the same container. Drinks are inconsistent, even saw a bartender make a drink in a manner that if it was for me, ill reject it. The one good thing they still have is the cheese sticks.

Sadly, i got an email by the owner last year apologizing, never got any mailings as promise, and still the quality keeps low. After all that, we still ordered several time but we got tired.

Try it and experience it yourself, we used to frequently go and not anymore. They even messed it up today. If you going to order wings, eat them...

Extremely rude and unprofessional bartender — Katrina.

We’ve been coming to this place for the past 10 years and have always been allowed to bring our well-behaved dog onto the patio. Today, Katrina completely changed that experience. She was aggressive, dismissive, and downright disrespectful from the moment we arrived. No explanation, no politeness — just attitude and hostility.

Instead of calmly explaining any change in policy (if there even was one), she acted like we were a nuisance for even asking. Her tone was sarcastic, condescending, and entirely uncalled for, especially in a hospitality role. It’s one thing to enforce rules, but it’s another to do it while making customers feel small and unwelcome.

If this is the kind of staff management is choosing to represent them, it says a lot. Katrina’s behavior completely ruined what could have been a relaxed visit. We won’t be coming back until this place remembers how to treat paying guests with respect

I just saw the owner responded but also saw that you consistently use the same respond for other reviewers, which further proves this place doesn’t truly care about its customers and is unwilling to change. For people with dogs or people who want basic customer service, please don’t come here, staff are rude, nothing...
