Dunkin' — Restaurant in Addison Township

The worst customer service experience by Bhagyesh. I walked in this time expecting better service than the drive thru and was extremely disappointed. I walked in and Bhag was talking to another man in the native language that didn't look like a customer so I patiently waited until they were done. There was silence for about 30 seconds without Bhag saying can I help you, just waiting for me to speak up and ask if she's ready to assist me. I ordered several food items from the menu and a med. Vanilla iced coffee with cream & liquid sugar. I paid her exact change with a $100 bill, she gives me less change than what I had given her, I reminded her of the amount that was given and she said okay & proceeded to give me the exact amount. She makes the iced coffee not the way I asked and proceeds to make another one. No apologies or acknowledging her MANY mix ups. I even sarcastically told her what is going on Honey, get it together! And she embarrassingly laughed and shy'd away. The lack of customer service from her was very annoying, inconvenient and inconsiderate. This is not the first time she's acted that way and the older gentleman who seems like the manager or owner from the drive thru has had several encounters the same way.

Seriously the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Put in a mobile order 10 minutes before I got there. Then I waited seriously 40 minutes. Still didn't get my complete order. Gave up and left. An iced coffee and sausage wrap. Nothing special. Guy in front of me was waiting for wrap too. He said he goes to another location that runs efficiently and I said the same about a different location. Person said they only have 3 people working, 2 on coffee, and 1 on food. So I can see a little sympathy but then they look at my order slip as my iced coffee was sitting there and she put more ice in my iced coffee. Looking on my slip I requested less ice. So I get a super water downed coffee told her I can't wait another 20 minutes for my sausage wrap and left. Even though I paid for it. No offer of reimbursement or anything. Leaving there were twelve cars in drive thru with working at a snails place I feel sorry for this place. Also want my sausage wrap refunded but probably impossible paying...

There is always something wrong with this Dunkin. I am allergic to cinnamon, so I never order anything with the possibility of cinnamon. I asked for a croissant with butter, and they gave me some cinnamon raisin bagel. When I told the manager that I didn't order that, he said "yes you did. I did you a favor by charging you only for the croissant" I would not order something that is dangerous for me to consume. Multiple times they have also given me the wrong order in the drive thru. I order iced lattes, and they give AND MAIN ENTRY iced coffee, often. And that is hard to tell the difference until you are reading the label on the cup. And they shoo you away from the window, so you don't even have the chance to check your order.
