Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Addison Township

Rosatis of addison, not to be confused with the large rosati's chain, is amazing. I was struggling with rosatis cuz their pizza was just not up to par but SOMETIMES it was amazing. So what gives, right? Then I went to pick up my pizza at rosatis of addison on mills rd, and asked the guy there why only THIS rosatis has good pizza. He told me they're actually a different rosatis.

Since, i have only gotten pizza at this establishment. I'm not playing. Their pizza is great, the deals they offer make it very affordable. My last order was an 18" half sausage and onion, and half pep, green pep, onion, and tomato; 2 orders of cheese sticks; and a 2 liter of diet coke. It came out just under $40. You cant SNIFF an 18" pizza around here for less than $40 let alone sides and soda.

Their service is amazing. They actually stayed open once so I could still get my pizza when I got off work late. The gentleman behind the counter always talks with us and is very kind. They recently remodeled and we could tell he was proud of it.

The manager contacted us about the horrible shrimp and mozzerella sticks. He wanted to remake the order and we agreed. Well he personally delivered it and the food was perfection! The shrimp was light golden, juicy and not greasy. The previous burnt order forgotten. Mozzerella sticks gooey and crunchy. Happy with the food and the follow up and concern. He cared enough to keep a once loyal customer.

7 years have passed. Current review on burnt shrimp and mozzerella sticks. Not enough years can go by again. Kids cooking in the kitchen? I give up. Trash.

New owners and new terrible food that ended up in trash. A wretched side salad full of oníons, carrots and ice Berg lettuce. Before fresh greens romaine and cukes. A beef sandwich that was supposed to be dipped was dry, way short on meat and it was hot ( like jalapeño hot). Worst ever waste of...

I love this place been a loyal customer for years but today just threw me off i went in for a lunch special for myself and my two kids (The sign out front says jumbo slice and soda) Last week I came and it was $13.50 roughly $14 perfect no problem! This time I go in same thing myself and two kids lunch special and come to find out the soda is not included it's only a jumbo slice for $4.50 So I had to pay almost $20 For 3 slices of pizza and 3 sodas i told them every time i come i only pay $13.50 no more then $14.00 he told me the sign out fornt is not correct i have to pay for the soda with each slice of pizza!!!! I just find it more annoying at least for me that I only pay $13.50 each time I go in.. but if thats the case the least they can do is put a new sign saying soda is not included for our lunch special...... So...
