Everyone here seems to be on robot mode. I get that it's swamped and you are busy, but a quick second to look up and acknowledge a customer won't kill you since they are the ones paying for you to be there. If you are an Uber/GrubHub or any other pick up person, letting you now, THEY WILL NOT TALK TO YOU! Even if you speak up and say I'm here for an order, you will either get ignored or possibly yelled at, YES, we witnessed a customer get yelled at because they were there to pick up an order. I'm in shock they haven't shut down to be honest. I can get a snotty attitude anywhere without having to pay for overpriced coffee to boot. Do yourself a favor and check out Sweet n Brew on Lake for a cozier friendlier feel. Went with my four kids to get snacks and coffee for me and my wife the cashier didn't know what she was doing got all our orders wrong beside the wait was about 20 mins just to get are coffee wrong at that point I was just beyond frustrated and angry and upset didnt even want to drink my coffee I ended up throwing it out. Ordered a grande coffee with cream. It was filled to the very brim. I mean it was ridiculously overfilled. Nothing like burning your hand and coffee spilling everywhere in your car while trying to add Equal.If I could give this place a zero I would. Just paid $125 last week to get my interior detailed to boot. Never again will I spend a penny at any Starbucks locations. Train your employees correctly!! Shame on...
