Everyone here seems to be on robot mode. I get that it's swamped and you are busy, but a quick second to look up and acknowledge a customer won't kill you since they are the ones paying for you to be there. If you are an Uber/GrubHub or any other pick up person, letting you now, THEY WILL NOT TALK TO YOU! Even if you speak up and say I'm here for an order, you will either get ignored or possibly yelled at, YES, we witnessed a customer get yelled at because they were there to pick up an order. I'm in shock they haven't shut down to be honest. I can get a snotty attitude anywhere without having to pay for overpriced coffee to boot. Do yourself a favor and check out Sweet n Brew on Lake for a cozier friendlier feel.
