Terrible experiences the past 3 visits. I haven't gone to a Wendy's in years and this place reminded me why. I've gone through the drive-thru 3 times in the past couple of months and every time it's a bunch of kids working who couldn't care less about getting your order right. You ask for sauce for the nuggets, you don't get it. Ask for spicy nuggets, you get regular. I ordered a double stack without cheese, there's cheese on it. I asked for fries with no salt and instead I get cold fries covered in salt.
They also never give you a receipt with your order, plus if you try calling the phone number listed under their Google profile nobody ever answers and the voicemail is full. Apparently this location is a franchise and does not fall under the Wendy's corporation, so there is no district manager or a way to hold them accountable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or give them any business, unless you like eating cold food not made the way you want it and not getting what you paid for, just...
Read moreThis is my neighborhood. I went to the drive through and placed my order. This Wendy’s is notorious for shorting the order and this was no exception. One of my items wasn’t in the bag. I paid I wasn’t given a receipt so I couldn’t show the cashier that I ordered and paid but didn’t get the item. The woman at the window said she didn’t understand what I was talking about. The manager checked her register and saw I was missing the item. I wasn’t going fake ordering a .99 item. When got back which took less than 5 minutes, the burger was cold. Not “unwarm” it was cold. The fries were soggy and cold too. I will give this place a pass for another couple months and try again. It’s musical managers there so hopefully there will be an...
Read moreI ordered extra mayo on a chicken sandwich, got my order and took a bite then realized there was no mayo. I took the receipt and sandwich in as proof of no mayo thinking they would just make a new one or even just give me a side of mayo. No, the cashier took it with ungloved hands and handed it to the cook who did have gloves on. I couldn’t see the area so I assumed they made a new one and threw out the bitten sandwich. I was handed a bag with a sandwich and when I checked it was the same sandwich that two people (one without gloves) had touched! I don’t know how that doesn’t violate some sort of health code. You don’t take a partially unwrapped, bitten into sandwich to the back and contaminate other utensils by adding mayo...
