Read moreLet's start with the pros. Pro: the young lady at the drive-thru was polite.
And, now for the cons. Con: through the drive-thru, I was given a placard and told to pull forward into one of the parking spaces and my order will be brought out to me. That never happened. Con: after waiting almost 20 minutes for my food, I pulled back through the drive-thru window and inquired as to what happened. I was given my order at the drive-thru window, so no telling how long it sat and no one came to bring it out to me. Con: aside from the flat soda, the food was cold. The burger had sat so long on the bun, that the bun was soggy. The fries were also cold, leading me to my next point. Con: I didn't order fries. I ordered cheese curds, which were not in the bag. I had to go back through the drive-thru for a third time in order to retrieve my cheese curds. I was told to pull up to the window instead of pulling around and someone running them out to me, thus waiting in a short line again. After I was given my cheese curds, I discovered that a few of them were burnt.
Will I try Culver's again? Maybe in the distant future at another location. Will I try this particular location again?...
Read moreFirst timer here. The cashier that took our order was very patient with us since we didn't know what to order. They had a huge selection. My husband got a butterbun burger I think it was called. We found out all burgers come plain. You have to tell the order taker exactly what you want on your sandwich. He got a side of fries, they were good. I got chicken tenders with BBQ. I love the sauce. Onion rings were crunchy and delicious. I wasn't very fond of the mashed potatoes with gravy...I believe the gravy was the light chicken gravy, was not a fan. My daughter also got the chicken tenders which were pretty good size. She ate hers plain with no sauce and said she didn't care for them they were a bit on the soft side. The cashier didn't hear me say she wanted cheese curds. But I went back up and got her some, they were a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese I believe. I thought they were good. Our server also brought us each a free coupon for first timers only to try the custard. We all got chocolate. It tasted just like ice cream. I loved it. I would...
