UPDATE- Just go to the Sylvania, Ohio Frickers if you want 4lbs of chicken chucks. This place shorts you chicken chucks and it's cheaper in Sylvania. This place did honor a mistake they made with our 4 lbs of chucks but the past 2 times we have come here we only end up getting 2 lbs of chucks!!! It's terrible!!!!

Placed an order online for 4 lbs of chucks with Teriyaki sauce and a bowl of blue cheese with celery. Went in to pay and pick up order. The 2 girls working the counter did not look happy to be at work, and the one girl didn't who looked to be training the other girl kept looking at her phone (very rude while dealing with customers!!!!!) I asked if everything was there as the bag was tied closed...the girl said yes. I went to pick up the food and it was super hot so I needed help opening the door. I asked for help and the one girl looked SUPER ANNOYED that she had to put down her phone and help me. I said thank you and she ignored me. Fast forward 25 minutes. I'm home and opening food for the family and no teriyaki sauce and no blue cheese. So I send my mom back out (as I wanted to stay home with my son as I hadn't seen him all day) She walks in and the girl says "oh yeah we noticed they got left here so here you go!" Like you could have called me!!! The customer service has gone so down hill here. I have never felt like such an inconvenience in my life, even my mom said that! The fact my mom didn't even get an apology for this mistake is unacceptable. When you make a mistake in customer service an apology goes a very long way and we received NONE!! I don't expect to hear anything back from you but I'd appreciate a response in this matter. Just trying to figure out why everything is so expensive when their chef is clearly a microwave. Unseasoned burger sloppily made cost $7 doesn't come with fries? I should have just gone to McDonald's. At least you can pay the same amount for a full meal and be full from it. Steak sandwich costs $12 and the meat is grey, thin and doesn't even taste like steak. Got the breaded fried veggies pretty sure it was just food shaped oil. Really gross. Cauliflower absorbs oil. Why are you frying it like that? Please don't waste your money here. Even the worst person deserves better. To feed 4 people it cost me $61. Nobody was happy. I wasted so much money on a splurge and now I'll never get it back. I think I'll just stop eating out. Person at the front counter was nice. Had to go back to the kitchen because they forgot to put EVERY SINGLE TOPPING on one burger. Really sad. The restaurant business is clearly dying. We are a big family, 14 of us!! I called ahead of time. I just had surgery and trying to find my boundaries with food. There is alot I cannot eat but everyone else can eat whatever. We sat outside and the kids enjoyed it. We went to celebrate my late mother in laws would be birthday. Their menu is so funny and clever, everyone was joking around with the word play. Our waitress, forgive me for not remembering was amazing. She was very nice and did very well taking care of us. The we're very nice to accommodate my food choice. I cannot eat high fats. Unfortunately I tested the waters too much and hurt afterwards but the food was amazing. Everyone loved the tastes and portions. Even the manager was very sweet and very helpful. I felt so bad for having a special request, as that is not me. She wasn't bothered by it and was very much wanting to help me be able to eat. Then they both at different times asked if it was OK for me. Thank you.
