Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Adrian

I will never order from marcos on South main st again!We are frequent customers but after tonight never again!I hope the worker named Kendall has a family member somewhere who can not eat bacon and a restaurant Refuses to remake there food!I order online for my grandma and family all the time,tonight i ordered my grandma the white cheese pizza with no bacon instead with chicken.Also order 15 chicken wings,family salad,and XL pizza a big order.We get home and the pizza has bacon on it mind you i just order the same pizza 3 days ago and 3 times last week she loves it!So I call Marcos and explain the problem and she told they will not fix it because it was a o nline order!So now my grandma ia upset and went to bed hungry because she tried and could npt eat this pizza the bacon is hard like rocks!Kendall proceeded to tell me she could call her supervisor but they wouldn't fix it !I hope Kendall and the rest of marcos feels real good about their self i cant believe how heartless i guess when i ordered 2 of the same pizzas popped up so i deleted 1 she said it must of been the chicken one how is that my fault it tokk forever to get my app to work i had to keep doing to but never again and i will call corporate tomorrow my grandma is 89 and she didnt...

I'm giving you 5 stars because this is the first time I've had a problem with you and it had nothing to do with your food. The lady working at the counter today maybe 6 or 7pm wasn't the friendliest. I know people have bad days, it's crazy busy, or they just don't want to be there and maybe that's all it was but she's the first person someone sees when they walk in and it should be a pleasant experience. Maybe have a chat with your girls about their attitude towards customers. I've heard things like this from other people and I thought maybe someone should let you know. We order pizza from this location 2-3 times a month. I placed my order online at 753 pm and the quoited time online was 30 minutes. Awesone. 30 minutes go by, then 40 minutes, 50 minutes…My order arrived an hour after I placed it. I am a patient person and I have worked in the food service industry so I know things happen. The driver was nice and I don’t know if it had anything to do with her, but our pizza was lukewarm at best. It’s just very disappointing when you spend your hard earned money to receive sub-par product. It will be a while before we order from here...
