Just a suggestion. It would be a good idea to put cream in the BOSTON CREAM donuts. Hence the name Boston CREAM donut!!! I purchased 2 of what appears to be just BOSTON DONUTS, nether of the 2 OF WHAT I ORDERED WAS BOSTON CREAM DONUTS! There was no cream in both!

Here we go again!! I ordered a medium hot coffee with ONE SUGAR AND ONE CREAM. VERY SIMPLE RIGHT. WHAT I GOT WAS A MEDIUM HOT COFFEE WITH 3 CARMEL, 3 SUGAR AND 3 CREAM. WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT???
It appears you have very incompetent employees. Today September 22 I was in the drive thru. I ordered a medium coffee one sugar one cream. When i got home what I was given was a medium coffee with 3 vanilla shots and 6 milk!!! It was disgusting. WHAT THE... IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS.
Please instruct the young lady at the drive thru just what a Boston cream donut looks like. It is not a chocolate covered donut with a hole in the center and no cream. Honestly the quality is great if you don’t like it they will remake it, and their customer service makes sense because it respects their business while giving pleasure to its customers by only refunding for the day and you need to bring your drink back so they can get you another one, I go there like 4 times a week and the food, drink, and service is satisfactory but the girl manager with “Dora the Explorer” hair does not treat her workers fairly and professionally, she does not use positive let alone neutral words when her workers (except for the favorite ones) do not exactly meet the standard, instead she uses harsh words that discourages her workers and makes them more panicked than they should be (the guy assistant manager is okay btw, and acts how a manager is supposed to be, but I don’t really hear from him everyday, just once a week). I think everybody knows this so it’s not worth saying but the coffee doesn’t have a lot and that they used to. They don’t have as much coffee as they used to in the coffee. They barely have any specially in the iced coffee, but everybody probably knows that by now, but the thing that people might not recognize is they don’t have that many seasonal drinks anymore. I used to like Dunkin’ Donuts because they just had a bunch of seasonal drinks like some other coffee places but now when you go there, they don’t even when you ask, they don’t have anything on the menu and that the people at the driveway.
