Two weeks ago my order was put into a carrier for me and the lid wasn’t on fully normal was it in the carrier well. Doesn’t help the carriers are very flimsy lately and I had it full with drinks. My husband was driving and made the turn to leave the lot and the extra hot latte went right over and started to pour into my lap. I jumped out when I realized it was burning me. I went right back into the store as I was now wearing it and it was painful. Jacob came to see what was happening and gave me two $4 drink cards. I did t ask but maybe offer to refund my order to my card. It has been two weeks and I spoke with corporate office the next day. They sent an email to follow up but the location originally didn’t even ask my name or for any info. Then I called to provide it and I was told they would follow up. Didn’t happen and when I called back I was asked well quote they didn’t have a reason to call. Hot coffee on a person and no care to follow up??!! Wow I’m not suing so you don’t have to avoid me. Knowing I was hurt maybe you could act like you actually cared that you caused it. Sure it was an accident however your attitude and follow thru was...
Read moreI got a very disappointing experience on 05.12.2025 around 8 am. I order with Brie and she was so disrespectful with me. I order a iced Venti upside-down caramel macchiato with 2 extra shots and she supposedly played me that card of not understanding the word ICED. She have me repeating the word about 5 - 6 times after she pronounced the word with such arrogance. Discrimination is the proper description. She repeated the order with incorrect amount of expresso shots (4) and I did have to correct her and explain that a ICED VENTI does have 3 shots normal and 3+2=5 She did continue in the same style of disrespectful mixed with high impertinence. She did go close to one of her colleague and wisper something and the result was a coffee with low quality. I never imagined Starbucks allowing employees to use Discrimination with customers but I wish them good luck...
Read moreThe Starbucks on 5827 Kanan Rd, Agoura Hills is awesome and so community minded. The amazing manager Nixie and her extraordinary team, especially team member Ethan, have provided continual exceptional and much appreciated excellent service. As the President of the Agoura High Parent Faculty Committee I have the pleasure of working with Nixie's team on my weekly coffee pick up for the AHS principal's staff meeting. I am always greeted with a smile from every team member, but Ethan and Nixie know me by name. They both make sure everything is ready to go by 8:30 pickup, and they are eager to fill any special staff requests. Starbuck's Manager Nixie, her entire team and team member Ethan, have graciously helped the AHS PFC make our Agoura High staff feel so special on so many occasions. Thank you!!
