I grabbed a pie with my friend a couple of weeks ago. It was our first time here, and the service was TERRIBLE! The store doesn't close until 10 pm, and we arrived at 9:15pm, placing 2 carryout orders. Immediately, we were met with bad attitudes from everyone in the store. They were obviously very unhappy that we had the audacity to come in and order food after 9 pm. Customer service was a complete 1 out of 10. When we were getting our food to leave, my friend asked the girl who seemed to be the shift leader why they all had attitudes? She rolled her eyes and her neck multiple times and said "well I did make your food." I've spent years in customer service and have been held to a high expectation. That was unacceptable. You don't treat customers badly just because they're getting in the way of your cleaning hour, which really should be done after close anyway. To top everything off, while waiting for our pies to finish cooking, we watched one of the staff members sweep the floor and then sweep the counter with the same broom! I will not come back to this location. The pizza was great, but the service...
Read more3 stars with an honest review. I'm currently sitting in the restaurant. The line is out the door! That's awesome guys congrats!
I love the concept and the food is delicious.
The problems I see are:
It takes too long to clear the line. I've seen at least 500 in business turn around and leave while eating.
The lights above your toppings are disgustingly dirty.
I see that you are slammed, but honestly, I think there are too many employees running the house. Some can't work because there is no space, and they are constantly running into each other.
Your employees don't look happy. They look drained. I can clearly see the allstars and the slackers.
There are two major air vents over your toppings blowing directly on them. Judging from the amount of dust on the lights....that's gross.
As mentioned in previous reviews...the seating plan needs work.
A worker without gloves, in a black shirt, was handling food on my wife's pizza.
It's loud!
This is not a slam review, I wish you all the best. This is my first time here...we may return...
Read moreIf I could leave less than 1 star, I would. We are frequent patrons of this restaurant. We stopped in today during the Jack-o-lantern Jubilee downtown North Augusta. My husband, sister, and I had gotten wings from a food truck, but our kids wanted Your Pie, so we brought our food in and dropped $50 in pizza. After we had been sitting and eating for over 30 minutes, the manager sends a waitress over to tell us that we couldn’t bring in outside food and that we would have to sit outside. I was furious!!!! I could understand if we had just brought outside food in without buying anything, but we spent $50 here!!! I told the waitress that I was not leaving. The waitress then said that she was only relaying what her manager told her to say. I told her to tell the manager to come over then. The manager never came over to talk us, she only looked in our direction. Not to mention, the customer service was awful!! This visit was so unlike what we usually experience eating here. But they just lost a good customer. I will not...
