I first heard about CCC on the now defunct "Hello Blink" podcast in 2021. Although I had no immediate need, I referred Dan D of the Waveshark project since he was looking for a USA-based assembly house. He wound up having a great experience. About a year later, I had to get 100 boards built for my project at Crowd Supply and contracted CCC for the job. We had to navigate some tricky supply chain logistics, but they were able to accommodate me and the communication was excellent. In addition, I mistakenly used an outdated footprint for one of my chips that caused sporadic thermal migration during reflow. CCC spotted the problem and was able to manually reposition the part as needed. The result was that 100 percent of the assembled PCBs worked perfectly (see photo).
