The other day ( Saturday, May 3, 2025) I visited this location to ship off a package. When I walked into the store, there were three employees working. There were two young ladies who had customers already, and there was a young man who did not have a customer. When he saw me walk through the door he asked how could he help me. I then told him that I needed to send off a package. So the young gentleman took all of my information, including my name, my address, where the package was going, who was receiving the package and what was the contents of the package. He then weighed and measured the package. The only thing he had left to do was tell me how much it would be to ship and all I had to do was pay. However, Immediately after doing so, one of the other young ladies that work there, asked for his help with her customer (I think she was a new employee that didn’t quite know how to do everything just yet). So the gentleman left me at his register to go help the new employee with her customer. I was standing at the register for maybe about three or four minutes waiting on him to come back and finish with my transaction. While Helping, the new employee with her customer,, the other female employee asked him could she use his register for a quick second. (I’m assuming Something was wrong with her register),. She then came over to where I was and asked me could I please step to the side so that she could finish with her customer’s transaction. I then turned around and looked to see that the lady she was already servicing at her register was now standing behind me. I did not want to make a scene, so I politely stepped to the side even though I didn’t want to. Then I thought to myself “no. this isn’t right. I should have been serviced before anything else’. So I kindly went back over to grab my package off of the scale and told the young lady that I’ll take my business elsewhere. Now there were two problems. One Problem being that the young guy that was helping me left me to go help another employee with her customer, but what he should have done is told his fellow coworker “ OK, let me finish with my customer and I’ll be right over to help you with yours”, but that didn’t happen. The second problem is that when the young lady came over from her register to use his register, instead of asking me to step to the side, she should have finished my transaction since all of my information was already punched into the screen and then finished her customers transaction. This whole thing really offended me. They really dropped the ball. That day their customer service towards me was horrible. Then as I got in my vehicle to leave the parking lot, I peeped through the glass door and it seemed as if they were laughing and nonchalant about everything. As much as I frequent this facility, I will no longer do so. I’d rather drive across town to ship my items. If I could give zero...
Read moreI’m not entirely sure the older lady’s name that works there but I went today to drop off a package. Unfortunately I’m not as knowledgeable in QR codes and postal slips, so when I brought my package I forgot to go by the postal office first. When I walked in she said “Are you ready?!” Like she was rushing me when I was trying to pull up the code on my phone. I then showed the lady the QR code, she immediately said “Nope!! Got to go to the postal office first!!” she doesn’t look at me and continues back to what she was doing before I walked in. I was like I’m sorry I didn’t know and she said “YUP!” With the most direct attitude, not kind, not a people person at all, no sure if she is having a bad day but I proceeded to leave and I was talking to myself outside about the interaction and someone said “was it the older lady in there?” Almost like everyone knows this lady doesn’t need to be at the face of UPS right when you walk in. I hope this review gets to you guys well, and I hope she has...
Read moreI have never experienced such a rude representative of UPS in my whole 41 years of life. Some individuals truly need to be reeducated on customer relations and customer service as it applies to being courteous and respectful. Since when did it become an issue to ask a representative who obviously looks like they're having a horrible time at the job how their day was going just to get rude loud short answers for every question that I had. I will be sure to alert any and every individual in my family to avoid going to that particular UPS store unless they feel like dealing with some of the rudest or one of the rudest I should say representations of what UPS should stand for. I am completely offended and would advise them to send some of the employees to training once again on proper and respectable customer service. Thank God I was still able to get a notary done so overall the rude individual didn't stop anything so...
