Unfortunately I have to make a bad report for this location. Today my family and I visited to eat at Waffle House and our experience was not so great. The server Maddie did her best to help the situation but the manager told her not to come back to the table to check up on us after complaining about not even a half or a cup of hash browns. We got a burnt waffle then it was cooked twice after finding out that I was ripping apart (undercooked). The food presentation was not up to par. The stoves and waffle iron was too high and/or the cook was just ready to go. The manager on duty Ms. Irene was not customer friendly. And all she said was sorry. Not offering any replacement or anything to help the situation better. I spoke to the owner and he listened and apologized and said he will be speaking to her.
