We went to Rosallini's pizza for my mothers 78 birthday per her request and enjoyed the very good pizzas we celebrated with. The menus are at the counter and after you decide what you want you place your order at the counter and sit back and wait for a very good pizza. I got a small meat lovers after I was informed my Taco pizza was not available at the moment. The young man was very polite when he delivered the news to me and my pizza was the first one to the table. Nice thin crust but not like cracker hard and just the correct amount of sauce. I always say a true test in a pizza is if it has stringy mozzarella cheese and these pizzas check off that box. We ordered 5 separate pizzas and they all hit the table at about the same time. If you’re searching for a delicious pizza, look no further. This place absolutely nails it—from the first bite to the last crusty corner. The sauce is tangy, bright, and clearly made with love (and probably fresh San Marzano tomatoes). What really sets it apart, though, is the toppings. Fresh, thoughtfully chosen, and evenly spread. Every bite is balanced and flavorful. The staff is the best in Aitkin. SO friendly and you can tell they care about what they’re serving. Curtis and the staff at Rosalini’s is amazing. They go the extra mile. The pizza is hot and delicious and the staff is warm and friendly! I called from Louisville to have pizza delivered to one of my employees who works remotely from Aitkin! They took the order and made the delivery even though it was a tad outside of their delivery area! They were easy to work with and they are good honest folks. When my employee also paid them for the pizza and they could not get a hold of me they kept trying to call me because they did not want to be double paid.
