So I order a pizza at 1am. I was in a hotel and they said they do not do door deliveries in hotels so I have to come to the lobby. She verified my phone number so they can contact me on arrival. Mind you this establishment closes at 2 and I call back at 1:43 asking where is my order? I’m told, my order is there, but they are waiting on a driver. However if it’s past 2 o’clock my order will l still be delivered.. ORDER nNEVEE CAME.
I call today to talk to the manager on duty today at 12:30 in the afternoon. She says it shows the order was complete. Then she basically starts calling me a liar and making excuses. Saying people will give customers name and take their order? Who in the 899 knows my nane? I never even received an arrival call or text. Most importantly, they have to buzz you in just to come in the hotel which gets deliveries all the time.. She states “Akron is bad”. No your service is bad.
Honey, y’all need to get it together. Own your mistake, fix it and move ion. Stuff happens, but don’t argue and shift blame.. Front desk says they never saw YOU. Terrible customer...
Read moreDomino's Pizza has stepped up their game. It was before the pandemic when I last had a Domino's Pizza and it was "just another pizza". WOW! Two nights ago I decided to give Domino's another chance. I was hoping to get the pizza before the Browns came on....it was going to be close. So, 10 minutes away from kickoff my phone rings. It's the pizza delivery guy and he says I'm pulling up in front of your apartment right now. OMG, the pizza was so hot that I could hardly touch the bottom of the box. The first bite all my taste buds seemed to have exploded all at once. Each and every flavor was so distinct. The buttery garlic flavoring on the crust was so delicious and the garlic aroma was to die for. The crust also had a hint of parmesan (yummy). I ordered a medium with mushrooms, double cheese and Italian sausage. It was the bomb. Domino's must have a new recipe for Italian sausage, because it was so flavorful. Thank you...
Read morePatronage date: 7-22-25. This is the second time in two weeks trying Domino's food and service. My first time ordering from this location, previous was on Canton Rd. We ordered the same sandwiches and Pizzas as last time. This location, I felt, made BETTER Pizzas, but sandwiches NOT AS GOOD. The pizzas had a few more toppings, but the sandwiches (the Steak & Cheese, and the Italian), were over cooked, i would even say burnt, because there was black on both of them. Worse yet, contents of sandwiches was LESS. Previous subs were filled BEYOND THE EDGES, this time not..So the question is, will I be back next week? Probably not. I know a place where I can get thicker, fuller pizzas. Yes, it costs a lot more, but they are a lot more filling... enough for 2 more meals ..I just don't like to be let down...it's my only way to show my displeasure that so many restaurants don't understand the importance of FOOD QUALITY AND...
