I'm not one to normally leave reviews. but my experience was pretty bad this morning. 04/28/2023 around 7:45 am. who ever was working this morning was kind of rude. curly hair and glasses. When I walked in I wasn't greeting at all she was busy making a order for another customer but she didn't say I will be with you in a minute or anything. she seemed like she had a attitude the whole time. there had been three more customers that walked in after me and she didn't greet them or state she will be a minute. instead of immediately helping the next customer (me) she wen back and washed the blenders she used when there was plenty of clean blenders to use and a line of customers to wait on. When she took my order she was soft spoken to where I could barely hear her and seems like she just didn't want to take my order . when I had asked what type of wraps there were instead of listing them nicely she got a attitude and said "they are on the board , we have wheat, spinach and tomato" I believe those are the options. the wrap wasn't that good either. I ordered a turkey wrap. I originally wanted the tuna but there was none this morning. but there was way too much lettuce. I could barely taste the turkey or mayo or the tomatoes. and I couldn't even taste the avocado. when I ordered my smoothie, a raging berry. I wanted yogurt instead of sherbet and I don't think she made it with yogurt and I didn't get asked if I wanted a enhancer either. I also didn't get a receipt to check if she changed it or not. I didn't order my raging berry like I normally do because of her attitude and at that point I just wanted to leave but I needed breakfast and was really looking forward to a smoothie this morning. now I did not tip today like I normally would because of getting a custom smoothie but because of her attitude I didn't. will probably not come back to this location and just order online because I do not appreciate the attitude. overall did not feel welcomed in the store at all. and the music was also playing way too loud and I felt like I had to pretty much raise my voice high then normal to be heard. I have worked at pulp before and other customer service jobs and I know that is not how you are supposed to act. and I know that is not how pulp trains...

Iām leaving this review in hopes that store management will see it and reach out to resolve this issue directly.
Yesterday about 8:45 pm, I ordered a smoothie and requested the regular size. I now understand the cup I received was technically the correct size for a 24 oz, but visually it appeared smallerāand there was some confusion on my end initially. However, the main concern is that I wasnāt made clearly aware I was being charged incorrectly, and overcharged (spoke with Kylie today the manager)
Additionally, I attempted to use a valid coupon for a smoothie, but it was declined because I added fresh-squeezed apple juice. That felt unfair, considering it was still a smoothie order. In the end, I was charged $12, and I left feeling overcharged and dismissed when I tried to clarify the issue with the girl who took my order.
The store had closed by the time I walked out and reviewed everything, but I turned around and knocked on the door and the girl opened it and wasnāt much help at all, to resolve it. So I planned to follow up with the manager in the morning. Still, Iām sharing this here to bring attention to a breakdown in communication and customer service that I hope will be addressed promptly.
Iād appreciate a follow-up from management to help make this right. I should have a refund or compensated.

One time I asked to use the restroom and they would not allow me to use it. Another time, I asked to wash my hands prior to eating since I do direct patient care. I use hand sanitizer, but wanted to use soap and water. One worker looked back at another employee to ask if it was okay if I washed my hands and the other girl refused to let me use the restroom to wash my hands. I go to every Pulp smoothie place for lunch when I am working (Avon, Strongsville, Middleburg Hts, Medina, Boardman, Independence, Parma) and this is the only location that has ever refused for me to use the restroom or wash my hands. Iām very disappointed in the lack of kindness and customer service.
