It was ok and just okay, I have been eating here for 20 years and the food was not the same. My chicken wasn’t fried hard enough and all of my jojo’s were not breaded. Once I realized the change I was able to put the food in the oven once home to make it crunchy. It wasn't terrible but something to pick up if you’re hungry with no other options. Also if customers have been receiving a free packet of sour cream with order for 20 + years let them know that has changed, I’m sure many assume it’s in still in the box per usual and become disappointed when they get home. FYI….Just put up a friendly reminder the sour cream is not in the box they all cost 50, I’m sure people can grab that from the...

I have been dying to find a "pizza" place comparable to what i grew accustomed to my whole life in Cleveland. I heard multiple people suggest Rasici's pizza as well as the chicken. Just as many reviews here sytate that the chicken is the best they've had and the Jo Jo's are also great. Unfortunately I have ordered here two times now and my experience with the food is only that it is fair. Yes, it is considerably better than the "chain" restaurants but the pizza is so so and I do not understand why they do not include one small sheet of wax paper under their pizza. The wax paper keeps the pizza from tasting like the cardboard box and without it, it tastes like a cardboard box. Both times the chicken was under cooked in the center and one of the two times the chicken breading tasted a bit old or possibly reheated. I'm sorry Rasici's but I did try, and there is nothing more that I would love more than to find that "pizza" place, that's close to home and that I can count on for a decent meal on those days when that is exactly what I need, but fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you; fool me again, won';t get fooled again as George W....

This is one of the hardest reviews I have to write. Racissi have been my go to pizza shops, that I recently reviewed with 5 stars. You can read my reviews of how I would put them up against any chicken and pizza. For over 25 years my family and I have faithfully gone there. So Friday Oct. 21, 2022. I ordered what I’ve ordered for 25 years. It was much smaller and taste like store bought pizza. As I’m leaving the restaurant, I grabbed a piece, and honestly thought they gave me the wrong sized pizza. I actually called them immediately and asked, did I get the wrong size order? So that much smaller. Every person I ever talked to there have been extremely nice. This conversation was not! So I’m thinking maybe a bad night. I call the next morning to talk to the manager, and asked, did ownerships change? It has, and again sternly mentioned everything was the very same. So apparently I knew management had changed for no reason, and the pizza I have ordered almost weekly was the same. I have to find another pizza spot.
