Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Akron

Scooter's opened up this location in my area recently. They've definitely NAILED their speciality coffees and blender drinks, they're delicious. And their rewards program is awesome, they're always giving discounts for some reason or another! Being 30 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes I'm also SUPER grateful for their sugar free options that taste AMAZING, I can't tell the difference between their regular and sugar free versions. And what's even better, they accidentally forgot to do sugar free this morning and realized before handing it to me so they admitted their mistake, apologized for having to remake it and make me wait, and didn't just say 'whatever' and give me the wrong drink where I would then spend the morning wondering why my sugar was out of whack. Truly grateful! They also give my kiddos lollipops and my doggos doggie treats. Couldn't get better...

Been here twice and I would do a pros & cons thing but there are no pros (1) they insist on taking my phone to scan the app (2) no one seems to know what they are doing (3) the picture of the caramelicious I received looked nothing like the order board (4) I used my birthday reward but they told me it wouldn’t scan so I said just take it off the app so now I just gave $12.50 for one coffee and when I bought it to their attention the response was “ sorry about that “ here’s a cake bite . Needless to say I won’t be returning….UPDATE….tried it again on 09/01/24 coffee’s were supposed to be $1.00 if you ordered thru the app and as you can see ….it wasn’t and now that I only have $1.00 left I WON’T BE GOING BACK this place is...

I just checked out the new Scooter’s Coffee Drive-Thru and I am really impressed. I got the peanut butter crunch blender, which was delicious, but what I wasn’t expecting was to be totally wowed by the food!! I tried the tomato & feta omelette bites, which came out quickly and at the perfect temperature. They were the perfect flavor combo of egg, cheese and veggies. I will definitely be getting those again! My kids got the snack boxes with cotton candy smoothies and pretzel snackers, which they loved. Those didn’t last long enough for me to get a nice picture 😂.
