My mom found this place and wanted to visit for her birthday. The reviews were good (not sure how) so we thought we'd give it a shot. There was 9 of us and it was a Sunday. While approaching we noticed they closed at 5, but it wasn't even 3:30 yet so we decided to go in.

There was one waitress for the restaurant AND bar so it took her a little while to greet us. She let us know the kitchen closed at 4:30, which wasn't a problem. She came back to us a few minutes later and made us order our food first because she wanted to get it in before the kitchen closed...it was only 4 p.m. by this point. So we went around the table ordering our appetizers AND food before our drinks. While we were ordering the cook from the kitchen came out and started reading her notebook while she was writing which made us feel rushed. She's only been there for two weeks so its not her fault, but she was very uneducated about the menu.

They were out of the first two meads that I wanted, so I got the Bananas Foster, which was the only one they had in stock, it was alright.

So our appetizers came out less than 5 minutes before our food. Our appetizers even came out before our drinks. The buffalo chicken dip looked like soup and did not taste good. My boyfriend finished his beer before my mom even got her flight. I am not sure why they would have ONE person manning the entire dining room and bar.

She started bringing out our entrees at the same time she notified us that they were "out" of pulled pork. 5 of our 9 ordered the pulled pork sandwich. I waitressed for 6 years and EVERY restaurant that I worked in either notified the serving staff what they were out of or would notify you as soon as you enter the food. You're telling me they didn't know they were out of pulled pork until it was time to make it? And they didn't even have enough to fulfill at least one of the orders?

At this point we just laughed because it could not get any worse. My mom's boyfriend didn't even have his drink at this time so he just cancelled it. We decided to make do with what we had and shared the three sandwich wraps that were ordered. The kitchen was already closed and the remaining entrees were already brought out, there was no point in placing another order. My mom felt so bad because she picked this place and just wanted to have a smooth birthday dinner.

NOTHING was offered to try to make amends, not a sorry, a discount...nothing.

We just went home and ordered pizza. We will NOT be coming back, too many other breweries in the area that I'd like to give my...

I visited your brewing house on Saturday, April 29, 2023 along with my son and his girlfriend. We arrived at approimately 5:30 pm. Given that the restaurant and bar is not a very big place, there were probably 4 table occupied with guests and there were people sitting at the bar. When we arrived, we sat ourselves and maybe after 20 minutes or so, a waitress came and asked what we would like to drink. We ordered some beer, got them and maybe 20 minutes or so later, we ordered some food. Your menu is not very big so options were limited. The waitress told us that the kitchen was a little backed up but we were fine to wait. It is now after 7:00 pm and the tables were were filled with customers are now empty and we are noticing that a table that came after us is now getting food. My son also notices that a guy who appears to be the chef keeps coming out of the kitchen and walking around the bar area. Also, the amount of people that are in the place are getting fewer and fewer. By this time, it is only our table and the table behind us that is getting their food already. I understand completely if you are having a hard time finding people to work and getting help to run your establishment. Given this was my first time here, I probably will not go back, the beer is awesome but the service is awful. Your menu is very easy too so I couldn't understand why the kitchen was so backed up. I asked what the burger of the week was and the waitress said that there wasn't one. Your special that night was Chicken fingers and chips. My son eventually walked up to the bar and canceled our food order. Obviously they hadn't even started to prepare our order because it was an easy process to do so. Our beer tap ended up costing $54.00. We were offered no apologies or comping something off of the bill. We were even going to purchase some beer to take home but after this experience, we chose not to. When we arrived that day, I truly thought your establishment would be very busy. We were truly disappointed with our experience at the...

Poor service and sub par food with decent beer. My partner and I went there for their sour beer selection (per the menu at sour haus) and some perogies and they had neither. Apparently their sour beer haus is closed, permanently? Who knows. The server didn't expound even after we mentioned we were from out of town. We were also told they were waiting on their perogie shipment - this was afternoon on a Saturday, one would think they would have their shipment in for lunch. The salmon burger was ok. The sourkraut balls were bad - the bacon inside seemed like it was uncooked and the honey mustard tasted like something out of a bottle. The two beers we had were fine - nothing really exciting about them. The overall experience reminded me more of dive bar than a proper tap...

Visiting the area for the day and we were very disappointed with our stop here. My husband loves craft beers, do not. Be warned, if you do not drink beer this is not the place for you. The kitchen offerings were sub-par. Not sure if the laws are different in this little piece of Ohio or what, but they must not believe in designated drivers because the only offering for non drinkers was water and root beer. We have been to breweries that did not have soads to drink before, but never when they serve food. This was very disappointing. Maybe its not as bad when its not during Covid.

Love the new spot, went to the brewery facility for a tour a couple years ago and now out to the new spot. Quaint and comfortable. The service could use a little help. Three bartenders but no one willing to help. Had to get their attention several times for a new beer. We ordered the blood orange which I have to say it my favorite next to raspberry. Didnt care so much for the pineapple. We had the pierogies-yum for starters. I got the pulled pork, fantastic! Pretzel bun, apple coleslaw and tremendous flavor! The hubby had the kielbasa. No complaints!

Craft brews at their finest. Stopped here with friends and could not wait to start trying the great selection of different style beers they have. All I tried were excellent. They offer food as well with a number of handheld, burgers, and pizza. I had the brat sandwich. Comes with onions and peppers and a side of chips. Brat had a good snap and was tasty. Went well with the German style beers they offer.
