This is by far the absolute worst fast food experience I've encountered in all of my 33 years of living. I have been sick with a stomach bug and hardly able to muster the strength to make it from one trash can to another, let alone cook in order to make sure I stay healthy for the baby I'm currently carrying. I ordered online for a takeout through the drive-thru where I was told I must come inside for my order. I, again, have had a stomach bug for over 24hrs and had no shoes on to go inside. Since I had specified to pick up through the drive-thru, that is what I came prepared to do as to eliminate the possibility of getting anyone else sick. Once I was inside, I was mocked from employees that were behind the counter for my weight and employees gathered around in groups in the dining area to laugh at my expense, pointing out to one another how funny it is that they are making me wait and laughing that I came in with no shoes. The ground was disgustingly sticky and I was completely and embarrassingly humiliated as they taunted me. With each laugh, another employee peeked from the back and joined in on the employees fun. I pray for each of your employees to learn the value of not one but two human lives that they decided to make a running joke amongst themselves out of. I pray none of these employees ever have to feel the shame and embarrassment that I had to as I silently waited at the counter. Intentionally ordering through the drive-thru in hopes of avoiding getting others sick, I pray none of your employees nor other customers become ill with this virus that has had me bed ridden for two days. I pray in gratitude to God for the lesson this group of workers taught me in humanity, humility and patience. I cancelled my order, let them know that their jokes about how lazy, fat and impatient I am were directed towards a sick and pregnant woman and I prayed for them as I walked out. Will my words touch any of these hearts, I bet not. However, I do pray that tonight when they lay their heads down, at least one of them thinks of the pregnant woman with the stomach bug they ridiculed and think twice before passing judgement and shaming an...
Read moreWendy’s? More like Wen dis establishment gonna get good employees? Earlier today on February 26th the devil himself whispered into my ear and told me to go to Wendy’s. This Wendy’s is the closest one to my house so I was like you know what the heck. I pull up to the window and I get this question asked to me. “What you want.” I was kind of startled but I didn’t really think anything of it at first. I ask for a grilled chicken ranch wrap and the response was and I quote “I ain’t got no wrap.” Here is where things started to get interesting. Now I was stuck I didn’t know what to get so I just got a 10 piece nugget with a small fry. I noticed a thin frosty was just added to the menu so I was like you know what, what the heck. I ask can I try a small thin mint frosty. I hear back in a muffled voice “chocolate or vanilla”. I say, “oh im sorry can I get the thin mint frosty.” “CHOCOLATE OR VANILLA” is then screamed into my ear and I visibly jump back in my seat. I don’t say anything and then the employee says “pull up to second window” in a slow and angry voice. At this point I’m scared for my life. When I get to the window she says “just so you know, the thin mint frosty comes in chocolate or vanilla.” That would have been nice to know before she had all this attitude. All she had to say in the speaker was that it comes in chocolate or vanilla, which one would you like. But she chose to be difficult for no reason. She rips my card out of my hand and swipes it so aggressively I thought it was going to snap in half. Then she walks away throwing her hands in the air like she’s fighting with the oxygen all around her. I was scared for not only myself but for the employees around her. I will never be returning to this establishment. This place has rude employees. NEVER GO HERE. THIS...
Read moreWendy's by far has the best fast food. Almost always quality sandwhich, not sloppy like most places, and tastes the best. But this location has the most incompetent staff. Worse than Taco Bell. If they don't feel like working on a Saturday night, then "their machines are down" or "we only processing Door Dash". Multiple times I went thru the drive thru only to be denied service while the staff was out back smoking weed. Now, I know being on Arlington St, a fast food place isn't going to find the best of employees. But my best guess a solid 40% of the time I go, there's some form of shenanigans going on. Whoever owns that franchise location needs to revamp their staff. One week, they claimed their credit card machine was down for over 3 whole days. Highly doubt that. Despite all the negative, Wendy's still has the best food and fries by far, closest fast food burger to a restaurant quality sandwich. If ur lucky enough to be served in a timely manner, chances are you'll...
