Our family has liked Domino's Pizza for a long time however their quality of service has fallen off lately. Over the last couple of months we have had three orders that were not correct. The first, one topping was missing from the order and we thought we all have days that things don't go right. The second order there were two toppings missing and the delivery was almost an hour getting to us. We thought about calling the store but decided it wasn't that big a deal and moved on. This last order had three toppings missing and one pizza was overloaded with cheese. This time we said something must be wrong for the last three orders to have things wrong and we need to comment. At first I thought about calling the store but decided to contact Domino's online to submit our situation in writing so the main company could respond to us and the store. Not knowing at the time I submitted online note to them my son had responded on the app where we have been ordering and they offered a 20% discount on our next order. That was a good gesture. So I guess your wondering why I'm writing this review on Google. I decided it might be a good idea to complete our review for others who would have no way of knowing our situation otherwise and maybe learn from our experience. We're not complainers and just think we all have good and bad days and just move on. On the other side of that thought is that if it only happens once in a while that could be true however when there is a repeated situation like we have experienced then we need to speak up. So Domino's we suggest you use this situation as a learning experience and correct either the app program if there is a problem or teach employees how to make correct orders. For others, well I'm not here to suggest to others how to live or what to do. That's a personal thing we all have to decide. For us though, if we try Domino's again and the order is wrong we will be calling the store then and explain the issues. You notice I said "if" we try Domino's again, it may be one of those decisions where we say three times is enough and we try another company's pizza. That decision will be one we'll make when we have a taste for pizza...
Read moreSo disappointed in the new Schillinger rd location. They are less than four miles from my house but don't deliver to it. However they deliver to the subdivisions I can throw a baseball into from my front yard. I ordered a hand made pan for pickup. I pulled up to the window and a guy with a long ponytail was doing a "quality check" on my pizza with his face covering dangling from one ear. I decided to ignore it due to hunger and fatigue. I got home and turned over the pizza to my nephew. We are huge fans of the handmade pan so we know what it looks and tastes like. They gave me a regular hand tossed crust pizza in a handmade pan box. I am sure the guy at the window knew they had messed up my order but, they chose to give me the wrong order anyway. I tried to call the store but unfortunately they had closed. Dishonesty along with preparing food without out wearing their face covering is dishonest and a betrayal of...
Read moreThese “worth the wait” reviews are 😂
I ordered my food online at 6:07. At the end of the 66-76 minute estimated wait, the website was showing that my order had been cooked and was being checked for “quality” but had not left the store. Assuming this was just a website communication issue, I waited until the end of the estimated wait to call.
The employee I spoke with said the order had already left the store. About 10 minutes later I got a text saying that our driver was on the way and when our food got here, the store printout was time stamped for after I called. It’s fine to be busy and understaffed, but it’s NEVER okay to lie. Especially when there are actual receipts involved.
I don’t care enough to call or go to the store to speak to a manager, but I am angry enough about being lied to and petty enough to post my first 1⭐️ review...
