Very Glad to meet such an amazing manager William in trussville Alabama... A true man of God and takes his job seriously with integrity.. Humble is everything... Amen God Bless Jack's even after the false report in Hoover against me where I got upset for being mistreated... I always forgive and its because that's the only way were forgiven and heal ourselves. We have all fallen short of the Glory of God and should strive for perfection. I was false arrested in Trussville Verizon Wireless over a fake disorderly conduct called on me while I was on the phone with corporate on camera humble and hurt because my iPad was stolen September 2018along with other devices in At&t and I proved it... I had just spoken to Jace and Joseph and Jace said I'm sorry they did u that way... he is a good man and deserves management for his integrity. Amen for him listening and even though Verizon and Assurion are responsible for this ongoing issue I forgive them as well.. Christian's are persecuted like the word says... I've been identity theft for years proven and witnesses for me the entire time... Even the Forestdale police department called me and verified it to a former friend of my mother tammy. I forgive her as well when I understand the struggle is real these days. I got upset in the past with Verizon but not the day I was arrested.... And along time ago to mention so nothing at all in this time frame... Stealing is illegal and I dont .. We have all made mistakes but Ive chosen to follow our Fathers commandments for along time and im.still not perfect and no one else is either..And the point I'm making is all over suspending my account and not listening due to theft proven and verified.. It should of been handled along time ago and someone did not do their job. FACTS ARE FACTS. I am on camera shaking RC I believe the solutions manager a few days before after I was allowed to use their phone then as well.. SO THIS IS SAD WHEN IM AN HONEST MAN WITH A TRUE PAPER TRAIL SOMEONE ELSE COVERED UP. I HOPE EVERYONE LEARNS FROM THIS THAT GOD LOVES US ALL AND TRULY FORGIVING LIKE IVE LEARNED MYSELF WILL HEAL US FROM WHATEVER BROUGHT UPON US IN THIS COLD WORLD. IDENTITY THEFT IS SERIOUS AND MYSELF ALONG WITH FRIENDS HAVE BEEN HURT FOR SOME TIME SO I JUST ASK JACKS TO SHOW THE LOVE EQUALLY TO EVERYONE. GREAT PLACE TO EAT AND IVE BECOME A REGULAR AND RECOMMEND THE CHOPPED STEAK DINNER WITH MASHED POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS.. DELICIOUS AND GOD BLESS...

This location is super, super slow.  Yesterday, 12/12/2020 around 3:15, I had two orders (kids' chicken tender meal, and big jack combo) and stayed in the drive-thru for ten minutes.  When I got my food, it was so cold, like put in the microwave cold.  I figured the food would be piping hot since I was in line for so long.  NOPE.  Plus, while sitting in line, three cars had driven off.  I called them when I got home, and the manager said I could come back and have my order remade.  I went back again today and had the same problem.  I went inside this time and waited another 15 minutes.

It was a line around the building and people inside waiting to order and waiting for their orders.  It was soo much food under the hot light, and it didn't look fresh.  The crew was just walking around, looking lost, like they didn't know what they were doing.  I didn't see a manager in sight.

They never greet you or tell you have a nice day; they just walk off (this is every time).  They need to scrap the whole store, from management to crewmembers. I have driven off sometimes because the wait is so long. The only reason why I give them two stars is because I like their breakfast and the other...

So I went thru the drive thru it was a couple people in the drive to thru waited patiently got to the speaker young man comes on and say jacks like he don't wonnà be there I order 4 APPLE PIE that's it I get home two of them strawberry 2 apple cool I like the strawberry too but it was so old it was stuck to the box both of the 1 of the apple must of bust open while cooking so they still put it in the box so that was yesterday go back today after Church I just won't too apple pies didn't even say anything about yesterday get in the car to take a box guess what it's stuck to box like they cooked it this morning so I'm on the phone in the store telling my uncle about it last in the store said I hate going over there at night they either got a attitude or mess up my food customer behind me said I don't even go to that jacks I go to the one off center point so who ever the owner or store manager is need to get it together because y'all are losing a lot.
