Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Alafaya

So I've ordered subs from Jersey Mike's many times. However, today they were just so on point that I had to leave a review. I had the regular Mike's Famous Philly. I added lettuce and oil. The bread was perfect. Super soft yet held everything in nicely. The meat is amazing. Very tender, not to mention they are very generous with the portion of meat (and cheese). It also comes with grilled onions and green and red peppers. My sub weighed a ton. Mind you, I ordered the regular. Be warned, the giant is HUGE. It's basically 2 regulars so come hungry. I normally get the cheesesteak but I've also had the Italian and the Club which are equally as good if you want a cold sub. There are many options for both hot and cold sandwiches. I rarely give a perfect review because most times something is lacking when it comes to food service. But I recently went to this Jersey Mikes location and had a great experience. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with high energy and friendly hospitality. I wish I got the names of the two young men that were working but they were on point working as a team. They were extremely busy but even so they made the time to communicate with their customers. If I could give this store zero stars I absolutely would I ordered a chicken bacon ranch regular sub this afternoon it was hard as a rock and tasteless the tomatoes were bad and sour. My husband tried to take it back clearly the sub had 2 bites from it they refused to make another sub or refund just the sandwich this is why establishments don't last they do not offer any sort of customer service or make there customers happy in any regard. Alex was absolutely useless in making any resolution which a manager should do. I will never eat here again !!!!! It was a mistake trying...
