Juici Patties — Restaurant in Alafaya

I had so much hope for this establishment. I must say in a matter of 3 months I have noticed a rapid decline in the following areas: Customer Service: from greeting you by name warm smiles and a friendly “come again”, the service has reverted to - “CLOSE THE DOOR YOU ARE LETTING IN COLD AIR” you can hear these demands from the back of the kitchen. I had made an observation there was a male with a very young baby in his hands coming through the door and that was the order made. I found that quite distasteful and disappointing. Another instance cashier was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude she is very new so I am sure if management is ready this you can determine who this culprit is. 2. The quality of the patties and the cocoa bread. I have made maybe 2-3 trips over the past month and patties appear to be overheated and dry the cocoa bread went from a 10-6 rating. I believe it is far too early from a rapid decline in customer service and quality. I have noticed a decline in customers coming through the door from packed lines to maybe 4-5 customers at a time. A welcome addition to the area! As a true patty lover I can say this was a must have. I drove from Jacksonville, FL (2.5 hrs one way). The customer service was amazing and timely (Ms. Mia, Teee and Eva did a great job IMO). If you ever been to a Jucci Beef in Jamaica you already know that it can get busy. This location is no different. Had to pause ordering to catch up on the significant amount of orders they had to fill (very smart). The dragonfruit juice was amazing! The coco bread was the best I’ve had to include Jamaica (Fresh, Hot and soft). Wish they had frozen patties ready to go by the dozen but that’s understandable why they don’t. Couple mix up on my combo orders (got cheese in stead of regular beef) no big deal. It’s a part of the process, things happen. The lobby area is limited and fill up fast. Had to tell people to close the door (could have been more polite, a sign in the lobby may help with this issue). Overall an excellent place and experience! I’ll be back at least twice a month. Being that it is a new restaurant with lots of people that flooding to it, I can understand the service being slow today. The line was out the door and it got to the point the line had to be split between single orders and dozen orders making 2 lines. We stood in the dozen orders line, placed our patty order and inquired with the lady about the drinks being sold. She had no idea what flavor of Bigga drinks, fountain drinks or local drinks being sold. All she did was read out what was on the tablet. Okay fine. Placed the order with the drinks and she stated we would get a text message. We never got the text message. Went inside to get the order and it was sitting there. They were calling out order numbers way behind us. That was annoying. The mild patty I had was on the crispy side. Coco bread was lovely. I didn’t step inside the restaurant to truly get a feel of the atmosphere but it seemed nice. Small facility. Lots was going on today.
