Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Alafaya

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the way I was treated during my visit to your store today, August 5th, at approximately 2:20 PM. While my drink was made correctly, the behavior of one of the staff members was unprofessional and upsetting.

I was assisted by a white male employee who wears glasses, a cap, and has relatively long hair. I showed him the name of the drink I wanted, which I had written on my phone, and proceeded to wait as usual.

To my surprise, I overheard him loudly telling a coworker how “annoying customers are when they order TikTok drinks and shove their phones in his face.” This comment felt extremely disrespectful and unnecessary, especially as I had been polite and simply showed the order to avoid any confusion.

There was absolutely no reason for such an outburst on his part, our interaction during the ordering process was smooth and respectful, with no issues in communication.

I understand that working in customer service can be challenging, but I believe all customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and addressed...

This Starbucks is awful. The staff is nice enough, but they don't have enough product. They never have chocolate milk in the refrigerator, and they really should have a non-dairy alternative as well. About two weeks ago I ordered a mint tea from them and instead I got hot water with a shot of peppermint syrup. They did not tell us that there was no mint tea. When I got my cup I realized it didn't smell like mint tea and I didn't see a tea bag so my husband asked and they said "oh yeah, we don't have mint tea." I decided to just try and drink it anyway, but it was disgusting and therefore wasted money. Another time, I wanted to try the new dairy free protein drinks and they didn't have it? I was here 13th of December 2024 around 4:20pm. I asked one question from the young lady with black hair (couldn’t get her name , but l assumed the manager already know who she is ). Unfortunately she has very bad attitude, she raised her voice because she couldn’t hear me. You shouldn’t be treating customer like that , l go to Starbucks at least three , four times a week this was really bad experience for me. This is my favorite place to get my coffee.
