Wawa — Restaurant in Alafaya

I'm eight months pregnant and I was craving Wawa's donuts at 12:00 am. So I decided to called this wawa which is right down the street from my home and asked if they had donuts at that time of night so my husband and I wouldn't have to drive for nothing. A male employee picks up and I kindly ask if they have fresh donuts in because I'm craving donuts and that I want the six donuts for $3.00. He's overly friendly on the phone telling me "Yeah we just got a fresh batch off the truck." So my husband and I head over walk in and start picking out my six donuts as I'm picking the donuts the employee I spoke with on the phone walks over and tells me with a grin on his face "If you're getting the six for $3 donut deal I wanted to let you know that it ended at 12:00 am." (He seemed like he was mocking me a bit) What the hell?!?!?!? I literally called around 12:00 am and told him that that was the whole reason why I was going over there. Why couldn't he just tell me over the phone and I would've saved the gas and energy. What a jerk! I completely lost my craving for the donuts because I felt belittled and...

Stopped in this morning like I do most mornings... ordered toast my ticket said 6:36AM,grabbed a coffee (the coffee area is always a total wreck) paid for my coffee and toast. waited for about 15 minutes finally went up and asked if anyone was going to make my toast.... it’s a pretty simple task the lady said oh yeah I’m doing that now. She pulls out a wheat roll and starts cutting it and I say I ordered wheat toast. She says oh I don’t see that on here. I show her my ticket and she’s very confused but still doesn’t make my toast at this point I’m getting annoyed it’slready 7:00!!!! She calls up to the front and says a lady back here ordered toast but it’s not on the screen but has a ticket. At this point I don’t even want my toast she finally makes its and gives it to me doesn’t even say sorry, or apologize for the issue basically just throws the bag at me!!!! Worst Wawa in 6 counties! Coffee was cold and the restroom was appalling! I should've taken pictures of the restroom but I didn't wanna be in there that long. About the only thing they have going for them is they are open 24hrs. The wait for food is always forever long. Folks, I'd recommend finding another option!

UPDATE 04/17/23

restroom was almost clean, coffee was warm, line for food was once again LONG and SLOW. I decided to get something pre-made, a salad maybe? The only type of salad dressing they had was light Italian (no thank you). Spotted a pre-made Turkey with white cheddar sub. No "to go" packs...no mayo, no mustard.
