Little Ceaser's delivered someone elses order to us last night. The pizza inside the boxes were different than what I ordered and different than what the receipt on our box said. I phoned them immediately and their phone rang and rang with a voice message from verizon saying my call can't be completed because the recipient was unavailable. So I looked at the email they sent with the order confirmation which said if there were any problems with the order to call the customer support number on the physical receipt that came with the pizza. Which I did. It rang and rang and rang with a message saying they were busy with customers and to press the #1 to leave a call back number. Which I did. Nothing happened except the phone kept ringing and ringing. Could not leave my number. After hearing the message saying they were busy with other customers for 12 minutes I was hung up on. I called the number back and the same exact scenario happened. So, I messaged them on facebook and they still have not replied. Needless to say we didn't eat the pizza beause we didn't want to be stuck paying for something we did not receive. And that is when I called Papa Johns who always answers their phone and immediately corrects an order if they mess up. So, we had deliciious pizza from Papa Johns last night and I'm still trying to get ahold of Little Ceasers so I can get a refund and give them back the pizza they delivered that belonged to someone else. I'll...
Read moreFood/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - Combo #2 with a large 3 meat pizza, crazy bread, and sauce for $11.99. The pizza was good, a bit on the oily side but good. Generous with the topping, good amount of sauce, and the crust was very soft. The crazy bread was crazy bad though... Something about the bread or cheese on top gave it a chalky texture on top
Ambience: n/a - ordered food to go. It feels like a mix between new and old equipment as some look like brand new and others have seen better years
Service: 5/5 - the 5 is specifically for the male cook that stepped out to assist. He was patient while we looked over the menu since the drive through had different options than inside. Friendly overall and gave us an estimated wait time that was spot on. When stepped back into the store when we realized we were missing the marinara sauce, he immediately came out of the kitchen area to assist again
There was a female cashier that had a headset on that was outside by her car (with a smoke?). She stepped in while we were waiting for the pizza, said something to her coworker, then stepped out again.
Value for price: 3/5 - decent pizza but with so much competition on the same street, probably would visit a competitor as they offer similar pizzas for...
Read moreOn feb 26 i stopped by to get a couple of 3 meat pizzas, breadsticks and wings. While at the window, i give them my card. I noticed that the employee walked away from the counter and went to the back for a few minutes, returned and gave me back my card. He told us to pull up to the front of the store as it would take sometime to complete the order When they finished making the order they gave me 3 pizzas,2 3-meat pizzas and a classic pepperoni with a side of wings. I told him i didnt order 3 pizzas and my breadsticks were missing. So they gave me the $8 back and let me keep the 3rd pizza. After sometime they finally completed the breadsticks. They were kinda short staffed so i gave em break.Simple misunderstanding. No big deal. I wasnt mad at all. But heres the weird part about all this. 2 days later...i received a fraudulent charge $153. This has never happened to me before. IM NOT ACCUSING ANY LITTLE CEASARS EMPLOYEE OF ANYTHING AT ALL, But the fact is this was the only resturant that ive been to and the only place that had...
