Gross, gross, gross. Don't even think about ordering from Pizza 9 in Alamogordo, NM. Called in the order. When my friend showed up, they said there was no order. It was straighten out after 5 minutes. Worse service ever. They failed to give us a liter of Pepsi that was part of the deal. The deluxe pizza tasted like a 5 yo made it with rotten ingredients. It had big pieces of something masquerading as italian sausage. Just nasty. There were a few pieces of bell pepper, no mushrooms, and 3 pieces of poor quality pepperoni. We took the cheese off because it tasted bad. The pepperoni pizza didn't fair any better. It was throw up quality. Poor quality pepperoni & the pizza didn't even have one piece per slice. Three of our guest left with their pizza slices. We recieved a call asking us where we bought the gross pizza. They trashed their slices because it was so bad. No matter what we did to the pizza, we couldn't make it taste good and fresh. So we ended up tossing both pizzas. Our dogs wouldn't eat the pizza scraps and we refused to feed it to the chickens. Hands down, hats off, thumbs up!!! This is the best pizza in Alamogordo! Everything about this place is awesome! I went in today, June 10, 2024, looking to purchase a pizza that matched a sample I had two days ago of a new pizza that just might get on the menu. The staff and management were so helpful in making sure I got what I was looking for and they made it sooooooo perfectly! The friendliness and professionalism they displayed was so high above ANY restaurant in Alamogordo that I just had to take some time to drop this review and encourage anyone who sees it to go down to Pizza 9 and get themselves some master crafted pizza goodness! The pizza I ordered is a Fire Eater (hot giardiniera) plus banana peppers. It has a spicy/pickle flavor that is to die for! Every pizza I have gotten there is delicious, but for me, this one is the crown jewel of pizza! Thanks to the team at Pizza 9 for restoring my faith in restaurants!...

My friends and I were driving to High Rolls from Albuquerque and so we decided to order pizza since it would be easiest to pick up and eat in the car. I called Pizza 9 ahead of time to place the order. When we arrived, the pizza was ready, however the staff member who went to grab it indicated it looked like the pizza was made early and has been sitting for a while. They wanted to remake, which would take 10 minutes. I was totally fine with that and really appreciated they did that. While waiting, my friend and I were standing around and honestly I was so thirsty and contemplating buying a drink. Another staff member offered us two plastic cups to fill from the soda fountain and it was so unexpected and kind. Once the pizza was ready, I asked for a plates and napkins and they were so quick and nice to grab them and put in a bag for me. Absolutely so happy with the service and the pizza tasted great!...
