My coworkers and I have been coming to DG’s for a while now and have been somewhat happy with the service, but lately customer service has been quite poor and when we ask questions we get a sarcastic answer . For example today, we ordered our drinks and handed them our loyalty card that is obviously full and we tried to tell them that we wanted to use the free drink but she was in a hurry and just turned around and I guess “didn’t hear” what we said. When the lady gave us the card reader she said “oh by the way you don’t have any more room on your punch card so I started a new one for you.” I asked her to use the free drink on the punch card but she had already run my card and the lady said and quote “oh we don’t usually use the free drink unless you tell me to use it, I’m sooorrrrrryyyyyy.” I told her that we did but she just looked at us like there was something wrong with asking.
Second, I ordered. 16oz drink and when she handed me the cup it just felt really light, when I opened the lid it was only half way full, she literally gave me a 12 oz drink and put it in a 16oz cup. I have a picture of it.
Just to be clear the punch card has 20 punches on it, you get a free drink after purchasing 10 drinks total. I wanted to let everyone know that I have been supporting this business but if you are going to offer punch cards I think the least thing you can do is ask us if we want to use the free drink because why would we hand you a full punch card and not use the free drink that you offer. But give us a new punch card.

Read moreI know it's not fair to be treated like you are a waist of there time but don't let that deter you from what they have. Just go another time when that specific employee is not there or just go to another coffee shop. When I pulled up there alone I asked if they still serve mud water, instantly the waiter started talking to the hard hat road worker across the street, told me "Hot or cold!" Then turned away instantly, looked at the other waitress and said "I don't know what's her problem! You deal with her!" Mind you, I did not even get a chance to respond in any way possible. It was automatically bs from the start just looking at me. The other employee asked me "What can I get you!" She looked across the road and automatically started talking to the same hard hat employee and yelled out "I want to try!" Kept laughing, ignoring me. So sitting there waiting in my car just to order, or even be considered. I just left. I'm not dealing with being treated like I was a problem for just asking if they still sell mud water. If you are native and look tired just don't go there till they get new employees. It's not worth the mistreatment. Go down the road or just somewhere else where you won't have to deal with...

(Also you get free drinks if you post a 5 star review so take all these reviews with a grain of salt) Please work on speed! I would come here like daily if it weren’t for the wait time. Even when there’s like 2 cars it takes a good 20 minutes to get to the window…. Sometimes I’ll stop by for happy hour after work when it’s slow, even then expect to wait 10-15 minutes for your drink. To management, I really hope you can work on speed or just keep more people on in the mornings. I WANT to come more but I can’t manage to get here 30 minutes before i have to be at work just...
