I order from this Domino's about every two weeks or so. In the past, they've been spot on, but for the past month or so, they have been extremely lacking of any care in preparing the food. It's almost as if they are taking out their anger issues on the food.
I always get the Pepperoni cheese stuffed bread, but as of late, the past few I've ordered have all come with but a single pepperoni. I don't expect a quarter pound of it or anything, ONE piece? That's just silly and beyond irresponsible. I also got a pepperoni pizza with seasoned crust just yesterday and it came with no seasoning and maybe two tablespoons of sauce.
I do not want to sound like a cry baby and report it to a manager or corporate or anything like that, but it is definitely getting ridiculous. With the price of food rising as it is, it is slightly sickening and disappointing that your employees are doing this type of stuff and getting away with it.
I owned a pizza company years ago and this type behavior is one that would not be tolerated with me. I'm just extremely disappointed in the lack of care that your employees have shown in the past few weeks.
I hope this will be addressed, as I do not want to start telling people to stop ordering from you guys, as this is usually one of my favorite go-to pizza joints ever since I was a kid.
It is laughable that food workers demand a higher pay rate, and still do this type of thing. I will order from your store one more time and if the issues are not addressed, I will have to make it publicly known that this is the type of environment your company...
Read moreJust ordered a late night meal 2 large pizzas 1 order of cheesy bread and 1 2liter of soda. Total cost $43. I placed the order at 11:50 pm and they are opened until 1:00am. And it's now 1:30 am , and of course I called only to get a recorder saying that they are closed . No order showed up and no call saying they couldn't deliver or anything . Very unhappy and super hungry. Why waste my time and why even bother taken my order if it wasn't even come happen . Whoever was working on Thursday sept.18 2025 and answered the call. Shame on you and very unprofessional, your lack of doing your job and customer service skills is unexcusable. And you should be fired or at least reprimanded. 'That the delivery driver showed up at my place and nobody was there then he called and said nobody answered". Which of course is a LIE . I sat there and watched for them (I even requested that they call me when here). I was then told that there isn't anything that could or would be done to make it right. .. here the thing I'm not asking to get my order for free or anything for free . Read moreI left my money clip ($2,500 dallors) on the counter after picking up two pizzas and walked out. After I realized what I did a hour latter and went back to ask about my money clip the punks working in there became very hostel & rude and said I could not see the cameras of me being there. I called the state police and had them go talk to those people. After Police spoke to the employee's at Domino's they treated the police officers very rudely & hostel and refused to Assist the police officers anyway of looking at the cameras. The night Employee stated "we ain't got no cameras in here to watch what we do so you got nothing on us" Police Officer said to me that it is of his opinion that they are hiding the facts of the theft of the money "which is a felony" and it is very odd for a business to not have any cameras in it that serves food to the public or a camera that points to the money till.
