First time trying GAPC. The guy who took my order seemed in a bad mood and never smiled or looked me in the eye while I asked my questions. I was thinking maybe this was a mistake and was going to abort but decided to give it a chance. When my pizza was done, the second guy working brought it out. It was well done like I asked n he was very friendly and asked if I wanted red pepper or parmesan. He also reminded me not to forget my 2 liter of soda. When I tried it at home it tasted great! I'm glad I gave them a chance. Great pizza at a great price. I am minusing a star for the unfriendly employee and I hope his day gets better. I’d been a regular since childhood, but tonight I changed my mind, because the first thing I saw was some Yorkshire Terrier standing on the front counter. As soon as he saw me park, the guy who I assume is the owner (older dude, scaly arms) carried the dog into the back.

I watched him closely, to see if he washed his hands, but he didn’t. I confirmed my order and the dog walked around the kitchen. His gloves were visibly yellow on their fingertips, the opposite of what clean, fresh gloves, changed every hour, are supposed to look like. Lord knows where else those filthy gloves have been besides that little rat dog; hopefully not the pizza. Papa John’s may have rodents but at least they don’t got...

Just have to say - Gapco ER makes the most consistent great tasting pizza. I 100% recommend this place before any others here in ER. Under the same ownership/management for about 10 years now. I'd have to say they are the last pizza place here that great review record they have - belongs all to them. Nothing like looking up a place to read reviews for pizza and come across a highly reviewed place with great reviews. Only to find out - that particular pizza place just recently purchased that franchise- and they are riding on the back of the previous owners great reviews. You won't get that...
