Great Alaska Pizza Company — Restaurant in Alaska

The food is normally really good. The prices are really really good. The service is good. But I'm just wondering why the girl at the counter, who had been touching the register & cc cards, no handwashing/no gloves, was touching my pepperonis on my pizza. I mean she was literally putting her fingers on every single one of my pepperonis and she didn't think I noticed it, but I did. She is friendly so I didn't want to complain and start a public argument in the store. However, the more I thought about it on my way home, the more it bothered me. I just don't understand why? When the pizza came out of the oven, why didn't she just cut it & close the box like normal? She was putting her fingers on all the pepperonis. Can someone please explain that to me? I am wondering how one little pizza place could be so woefully inadequate?

FOUR times over the period of three-four months I have ordered the garlic chicken pizza, add pepperoni. To me, that doesn’t sound like a difficult request. And yet, All four times my pizza did not include the pepperoni, despite being charged for it, and in one circumstance, not only was there not pepperoni but there wasn’t chicken either! Generally a good place for a cheap slice, but this time around I ordered a $10 pepperoni pizza. I was told it would take 15 min, so I waited in my car till then. Once I came back in they had completely forgotten that I had even ordered anything. Then they tried to sell me someone else's pizza for additional $5 more, and it wasn't even what I had ordered.
