Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alaska

We were disappointed that the crust didn’t have garlic butter blend on it, which we had ordered (and it was on the receipt). And our food was cold, which was partly my fault. I opted for the food to be brought out to my car (a bright blue Jeep Cherokee) which I parked right in front of the store door. I didn’t know I was supposed to check-in so when the pizza hadn’t come out for half an hour I went to the App to call them to see if it was ready, I saw the ‘I’m here’ button, so I pressed it and they brought the food out. She said she’d seen my car some time before but as I hadn’t said I was there she ignored it. I can’t complain as I didn’t do the right thing, but I think she could’ve come out to check when I was sitting there for half an hour. She said the food had only come out a couple of minutes earlier, but I don’t live far and it was cold when I got there, so it had been waiting quite a while. Ordered a thin crust supreme pizza on August 9th and it was horrible and tasted plasticky. Got an email to leave a review, left a review that the pizza wasn't really good, received a call the next day from pizza hut apologizing for the horrible pizza and promised to re-make the pizza immediately or give me an "account credit" of $15 for another day. I said the account credit was fine since we didn't really want another pizza. Called today to use that $15 credit, and they said there is no account credit on my account. Just ended up not ordering anything because I didn't feel like wasting $20 on plasticky pizza. Job poorly done Pizza Hut. Ordered and gave you guys 3 different chances of making a better pizza and failed miserably every time. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I order...

Pizza not only now charges 6 dollars for delivery, They also use door dash and don’t tell you until after the order has been placed. I got a text from Pizza Hut saying my order was out for delivery at 6:16pm. I then got another text telling me it was door dash delivering with a link to the dasher. The dasher hadn’t even gotten to the store yet. It was 15 minutes later before the dasher picked up my order. Then, another 30 minutes before I got my order because dashers go to multiple pick up sites before doing the deliveries. Which I why I don’t use door dash. Needless to say the pizza was cold by the time I got it. I called and spoke to the store manager. And she promptly told me it wasn’t their problem and hung on me. Shame on you Pizza Hut.
